Would not recommend. I paid close to $20 for a moldy pastry and a latte.

I showed the barista the mold and requested a fresh pastry. She replaced it. However, all the pastries are together in one glass case and if there is mold on one fruit tart, it will begin to grow on everything around it as well. I don’t think anyone wants to eat spoiled fruit, and I expect any bakery or patisserie to make their pastries fresh each morning.

The latte was delicious.

This place is known for its desserts, but don’t pass up on their main course dishes. Their breakfast items are great as well as their lunch/dinner options. Good service too.

There always seems to be a line for this restaurant in the airport. That’s probably a good thing! I love their sweets and they have not disappointed me. The sandwich I ordered was good but nothing spectacular. I did have a bit of a wait though both to order and for my food.

Lovely spot to spend some time and enjoy some food. Healthy bar service, passable pastries, excellent cooked meals, very reasonable prices. I enjoyed the Grilled Salmon which was bursting with different flavors throughout the dish and very well put together. Would definitely recommend, as I needed a place to spend a good two hours. As a shoutout, Alejandro was an excellent host during my visit- thank you!

Yesterday, our flight with my wife from Vegas to NYC was surprisingly cancelled but rescheduled for the next day. Yet, with our new itinerary, our rebooked flight to NYC allowed us to fly into Salt Lake City, Utah. Although we traveled first-class (thanks Delta) for this connecting flight to JFK, our first trip to Utah allowed us to visit Goumandise Euro Diner Bakery in Terminal B of this newly-renovated airport. Inside this cafe, the decor is quite nice plus the lunch options were unbelievably tasty and enjoyable. But…I must say their desserts (go to their website and read about their history) were eye-popping delicious. I strongly recommend this location. But, finally not only delicious food but it’s about the people you meet in your everyday life. Jennifer, our host/server was an absolute joy. She was attentive, sweet and I felt like she was a long-time friend I hadn’t seen in years. Along with my wife, this is the reason I plan to one day make a trip back to this historic gem in Utah. The desserts are truly award-winning. Take this review from a native New Yorker who knows good food and mouth-watering desserts. Stop by….Enjoy!!! And thanks again Jennifer.

We waited to be greeted by the server, she never mentioned her name when we were greeted. She offered waters and walked away. I said “hey, can I put in my food order?” And she rudely told me “that’s not how you address me.” I’m sorry, maybe mention your name. Maybe ask what type of time we have considering we’re in an airport and service is typically fast paced.

We are in an airport, she was taking her sweet time. All that I asked was to put in a food order. I am a restaurant GM in Dallas Texas and I 100% would not disrespect a server.

I’m not sure if you’ve had issues like this with your staff before, but I am SHOCKED. Someone should contact me.

Food is delicious, only reason it one star is they have to stop giving barely any meat in sandwich it’s like mostly bread with barely any beef.

Everything is great other than the food. Probably the worst “grilled” sandwich I’ve had in quite some time. Looked like they put the sandwich in a panini maker and then closed and opened it immediately. The bacon was one strip of thin Oscar Meyer bacon cut in half. Overall, would not recommend.

Google says they’re open till midnight. That’s just the bar. Kitchen closes earlier, maybe 8 pm? Huge disappointment. I was fully relying on this place for dinner since they have gluten free options. Had to walk all the way back to A terminal for CPK.

Aside from that, their gluten free options are really good. I’ve eaten from Gourmandise multiple times (once at this location, other times not at the airport) and I’ve always liked it. Good coffee too.

B-Rad was not only a great bartender he also was open about letting me know any quirks with having a beverage or two. Great recommendation of the copper lager (seasonal local brewery). Thanks Bradford aka B-Rad
