Stopped here for breakfast around 10AM on a Monday during our first visit to Nashville. Chose this place based upon positive reviews and I can see why. It’s a great atmosphere, with a bright, open dining space that is decorated nicely and background music at an ideal level. The service was very friendly, prompt, and excellent. We ordered the Blueberry Lemon Corncake to share, which was amazing. It was slightly sweet, lemon-forward, and lighter in style, rather than dense. My wife and I both ordered the Trifecta breakfast platter, with two eggs over medium, waffles, and bacon (I upgraded to Millionaire bacon). I’m 54 and have been to my fair share of breakfast places over the years and I’m not exaggerating when I say this was probably the best waffle I’ve ever had. It was very light and fluffy, with excellent flavor. The blueberry compote and warmed syrup were excellent additions. I make my own waffles occasionally and I wish I knew the secret to making waffles like this. The millionaire bacon had good flavor and wasn’t overcooked, which is a pet piece of mine. I make my own candied bacon and this was very good. If you’re in Nashville and are looking for a good place for breakfast/brunch, do yourself a favor and visit. You won’t be disappointed. This place has been added to my “must visit again” list the next time we visit Nashville.

Great way to start our Saturday morning off! The service was super friendly and the food was fantastic! They got our meals out to us pretty fast. Also, when they ask if you’d like to upgrade to the million dollar bacon, the answer is YES!!

We stopped in for breakfast on a Friday morning and were greeted warmly before being seated right away. Our server, Kayla, was incredibly friendly and recommended the waffle when we ordered — and she was absolutely right! It was light, airy, and delicious, especially with the powdered sugar, side jam, and real maple syrup.
The portions were generous. We also ordered the traditional breakfast, which came with two eggs, our choice of meat, toast, and potatoes. Everything arrived just as ordered and perfectly hot.
Overall, we had a great experience and would certainly return again!

Great place for lunch! Food and service were wonderful. Wifey loved their chia seed pudding dish. I imagine this place is packed for hangover breakfast and brunch in Nashville, but we went for a weekday lunch while here for business. Seems new… nice inside.

We came to Nashville for the weekend and had a pleasant experience at this restaurant. The host was friendly, and our server Kate was VERY pleasant–she has a true southern hospitality and smiles that light up the room! The service was fast, and the food was as expected. It’s a cute place right in downtown Nashville off of Broadway st., and the parking ramp is just across the street.

Picked this place for a quick breakfast based on the reviews, and this is one place the reviews don’t lie.
I had their Chickichanga and my buddy had the Market Hash. Both were excellent and full of flavor. Portion sizes were excellent and the value for the meal was great.
I would definitely recommend this place!

I was visiting Nashville from the UK for work, and decided to walk downtown and on to Broadway from my hotel. Working on the basis that the best things happen off the main drag, I decided to try First Watch, which is about 100 yards off Broadway.
My server, Kei (see photo) was helpful, friendly and efficient, and made me feel welcome and at ease.
I opted for the Honey Chipotle Chicken Hash, a Morning Meditation juice, and a Pomegranate Sunrise, which was a lovely and filling combo that set me up for a pleasant stroll downtown before heading back to my hotel.
