Wow, this restaurant is seriously the best, all thanks to Daniel and Randy! They’re the best bartenders ever! Daniel and Randy were so amazing and kind to us, and he really knew his stuff about everything at the bar. The drinks were so well made, the oysters we ordered were incredible, and the steak was wonderfully great! The bar is super clean and organized too. I noticed it’s upstairs, near P.F. Chang’s. You just go around P.F. Chang’s to the glass doors, take the escalator up, then go left, and boom, you’re at the best bar. Always ask for Daniel and Randy! I really appreciate how they made our afternoon so good.

I was very impressed with the response about my previous review. Flemings absolutely made it right. After we made reservations for our dinner, upon arrival we were greeted with the same kind, attentive & welcoming staff as before !! The food was way better and delicious. My steak was perfect and the Fleming potatoes were superb!!! we even spoke with the chef and we made sure to let the know how pleased we were. I can say they really made up for the horrible previous visit. We will DEFINITELY return.
We went there for date night. The staff was absolutely amazing. Very kind, welcoming and attentive. BEST part of our evening.
The atmosphere was not my idea of fine dining. It was fair dining at best. The table we were sat at had a huge stain on the table cloth, the tiles in the ceiling were water stained. I’m assuming from the air conditioning vent because it kept dripping on my husbands arm. Thank goodness it didn’t go in his food.
The food was ok. Our adult beverages were very delicious. We got salads which were good. I ordered a medium steak, it was rare. The flavor was very good but I can not eat a bloody steak. My husbands steak was decent. But the plates they were served on were scalding HOT and I ended up burning my finger(it blistered) while trying to eat. We also ordered the Fleming potatoes and they were absolutely DISGUSTING!! They were presented well but were grey under the cheese and tasted like old, left out to long, plain potatoes. Very disappointed in the food for the price they charge.
Hopefully it was just an off evening and they will do better.

Fleming’s never disappoints! From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was warm and inviting, with just the right mix of elegance and comfort. The service was impeccable, attentive without being intrusive, and every team member made us feel welcome. The steaks were cooked to absolute perfection, juicy and flavorful, and the sides were just as memorable (highly recommend the lobster mac and cheese!). The wine selection was top-notch, and dessert was the perfect ending to an exceptional dining experience. The icing was the picture that was taken and printed to celebrate our anniversary! This is a place where every detail matters, and it shows. Definitely worth every penny!

I have driven past Flemings a thousand times. But something compelled me to stop in today. The atmosphere felt luxurious and casual at the same time. The staffed greeted us with warm smiles and a heartfelt “ Welcome to Flemings”. Everything on the menu sounded incredible, our waiter Randy was patient and never made us fell like we were an imposition of his time. He answered every question with a polite smile even when we asked the same question a different way. I will definitely go back. One of the best dining experiences I’ve ever had. And chocolate lava cake was the best I’ve ever had! Photo attached.

Flemings remains our go-to steakhouse restaurant in West End, with a full bar, short but diverse wine list, and good food, but lacks presentation. The Colossal Shrimp Cocktail seems empty, and the French Onion Soup is lighter than most, but delicious. It’s good service at reasonable prices.

Overall, I love Fleming’s. It’s my go-to when I am in Nashville to grab a drink with clients, my staff or just something for myself after a long day. The Food & Service are always on point; never a question here.
I’ll still come here but for large groups/holiday parties, I won’t be back. The sales folks are always nice but talk to you like they are doing you a favor to fit you in and let you order a la carte. I had 17 people for my department Christmas party this year, at the beginning of the month. We had a great time and again, the food and service were great with a default 22% gratuity that I also added additional 10% cash gratuity.
Acting like you’re doing us a favor to fit us in and cramming in our tables together only to find the restaurant almost empty then adding a 5% admin fee on my bill, really feels like being nickeled and dimed. Your restaurant is almost empty a few weeks before the holiday in Nashville, I am bringing you business and you charge an admin fee to fill your empty seats? There are plenty of options in Nashville and we’ll exercise those options going forward. I am sure it was in the agreement and I didn’t look at it close enough, so shame on me but shame on you for your petty greed. Hope the 5% was worth it.

My wife and I came here for our wedding anniversary, everything was fantastic! They had the table decorated when we got there which was a very nice surprise! The manager came to our table and took a picture of us and printed it off for us, she was very kind! Brandon our waiter was absolutely fantastic! He was very knowledgeable and answered any and all of our questions! Brandon made our meal very enjoyable, he had good recommendations and was very polite! 10 out of 10 will be back! They went above and beyond and we thank them for an enjoyable evening!
