always had good food and service. Ordered another 5 cheese mac and cheese like I usually do. I got about 8 bites. See photo. Ordered online. Pretty disappointed! Tried calling a few times to let them know but no one bothered to answer the phone. On New Year’s Eve around 830pm.

Worst experience i have had with pizza in many moons. Blake the manager – totally not management material. After waiting in the parking lot for 30 minutes, 20 minutes after latest ‘done’ time, refused to budge on the price after one pizza sat for the 20 minutes and one pizza just finished. Said to get out or call the police that they are short staffed one individual. Call corporate he says. What a JOKE.

Unbelievable. I ordered two medium pizzas and a 2L of Diet Coke. After about 20-30 minutes, with text messaging enabled mind you, the app said the order was “complete.” Um, no? I never got it. I tried to use their app’s “Delivery Insurance” (i.e. submit a complaint) and it didn’t even have an option to report non-delivery. It also only offered to give me a 20% discount on my next order. WHAT?
Oh but it doesn’t end there. I tried calling the store itself. Twice. I let it ring for over a minute. No answer each time. I was just about to head down to the store in person when the delivery driver finally pulls up (an hour after the order was placed), and drops off the two medium pizzas. I flag him and ask about the 2L. He “checks” something, says something about he had screwed some orders up, and how his ‘manager’ tried calling me and was going to put a credit on my account. There was no call from the manager. Nobody even picked up the phone when I called the store. Holy hell this place is mismanaged. Dominos doesn’t even have a corporate customer service complaint number. Of all the days for this to have happened, today was NOT the day. I am livid.

Came here on Friday evening after placing an online order. We ordered 5 pizzas, online quoted me 20mins, I waited until they marked my order ready in the app and then I drove there just to give them a little extra time. I got there only to be told that two of my pizzas had been dropped on the floor and had to be remade. We waited half an hour for our two pizzas to be finished. At that point, the other 3 pizzas were not hot or fresh anymore. Half of our family got fresh pizza while the other half got cold pizza. No one offered any refunds/discounts/ compensation. The only thing they offered was a free sauce cup. Like seriously? The cooks were literally in there screaming at each other too. Overall highly unprofessional place. I recommend going to the one on ballenger and avoiding this one. Management needs to get it together!

Love this place, food is excellent, drivers are always polite. The quality of their product always arrives fast and looks like a great deal of care is put into every slice. One of the drivers showed up during a family crisis and put a smile on my face, quality people all of them.

WOW. I was FLOORED when I went here, pizza? Perfect, made just how I like it. Workers? Absolutely the sweetest people ever. The manager was working that day, he made the pizza HIMSELF, Blake was such a sweet guy, and even though my mother doesn’t work here anymore, best believe we’ll be back for more!!

I’m so disappointed, I don’t leave reviews but this was a bad experience. Online ordering was great but my order was made wrong. I’ve been a loyal dominos customer for years, didn’t get the banana peppers I added to my pizza and paid for. Also my spinach feta bread was nothing close to anyone that I’ve purchased before. Really wasn’t any feta cheese in it at all and it looked like a kids science project compared to what I’ve gotten before. Picture in the comments.

Can’t rate the food because while we were told our pizza order for an entire office was being delivered today, it actually never showed up. I’d rate the service negative stars if I could because when we called back after the food never showed up to see where our food was at (that they charged us for) they then told us there was no record of our order – AFTER they assured us it was being delivered. They have our money and we have 30 hungry people with no pizza. Little Caeser’s, here we come!

Decent if it’s fresh. Don’t get delivery unless you like cold pizza. They wait till multiple orders to go out the door. Then deliver you last. Even with a big tip
