Tbh our last visit was kind of a disaster. But today was excellent with Joy. She was incredibly helpful and very kind. The nachos are wow, prob enough for for 4 people. Highly recommended. Thank you to Joy for making our lunch feel special.

It was my first time in a Ram Restaurant. It was right across the street from the Best Western where I stayed for 2 nights with my sister. We enjoyed the excellent food and fabulous service so much–we loved Juan!–that we decided to return the next night where Aliyah treated us extremely well also. The servers weren’t just efficient, they were super friendly, and the portions are amazing! We live up in Washington, but will gladly stay at that hotel and eat at the Ram anytime we get to Oregon! Friday was quieter than Saturday, simply due to later hour and more patrons the 2nd night.

Ordered a meal and it didn’t come out as expected. The manager, Sandy, delivered my meal and when I commented it wasn’t correct she immediately said “it was not on the ticket”. Sandy indicated she’d correct the order, however she didn’t follow through. She didn’t provide the level of customer service expected in comparison to what I’ve seen in the 10+ years I’ve ate at the Ram Wilsonville location.
The bartender/server Joy who took my order was great and more than accommodating. She’s always friendly, respectful and goes above and beyond to provide support to customers who visit the Ram Wilsonville. Upon hearing of the issue, she immediately went to the kitchen and corrected my order. Joy is customer focused and has a great character.

We used to come here years ago and it was pretty good, but they have really gone down hill. In fact, it was the worst dining experience I’ve had in a long time. Weirdest texture of beef in my hamburger, like it had alot of fillers that I were unchewable so I had to spit out. My salad had brown lettuce and some cucumber that appeared to have been frozen. Also, they got the order wrong. On lesser note, they only provide cheap non-dairy creamer for the coffee, and I also requested something that never did show up. Really disappointed.

My birthday lunch was trash. Got mozzarella sticks 1st round great. Asked for a 2nd round and the came out after the meal cold. I ordered the French dip. The meat was great the bread was stale. And ran out of beef broth. All the fries on the table were served cold. The kids macaroni came out still square shaped from the microwave dish but was put in a bowl. Just no effort to make anything look appealing. This is not all the issues, but I’m done typing. 7 people left feeling very underwhelmed by the food experience. Our server was very nice. I feel like none of this was his fault. Our bill was over $133.00 for a $60.00 meal. We will never come back.

My wife and I’s server Ivy was amazing! She was funny had a great attitude and was genuinely a very kind person who wanted to bond with us. The atmosphere in the restaurant was amazing it was quiet and I could talk at a normal volume where as most other restaurants I must almost yell at my wife to even have a conversation. Food came out at a good speed as well, food was delicious. The whole place just felt very homey and warm, other places should take notes.
10/10 would recommend this place and Ivy as a server!

Ram is great. My wife and I try to come here once a week for lunch. Reasonable, great service and good food and drinks. Big Reds IPA is my favorite. They have normal and large sized brews!

They were not really busy, and we got seated right away. Our waitress got our drink order – Makers Old Fashioned, Party On Pale Ale, and a few root beers – and brought them out quickly. She took our food order and our food took a little bit but came out hot. We got the Rueben, a pepperoni and olive pizza, a Rambo pizza (meat lovers), French Dip, chicken Mac & cheese, and Buffalo Blue Mac & Cheese. Most everything was good. The rueben and french dips were both loaded with meat. The pizzas had lots of toppings and cheese. Unfortunately, the Buffalo Blue Mac & Cheese came without the chicken. It took them a bit to make a new one, so the rest of us had mostly finished before he got to start eating. The waitress was very sweet and attentive. Overall, it was a good meal.

So we have attempted to give this location the benefit of the doubt and spend our hard-earned money here four times in the last 6 months. Every single time was truly horrible. If you go inside the bar and sit at the bar, it seems to be better but the restaurant itself is terrible. Today, not only was the service horrible but the food was horrible. My daughter and I had french fries come with our meal, and they were completely different, absolutely no consistency at all. On top of that, because mine were so overcooked they couldn’t even be eaten, I asked the waitress to just take the fries off of my meal and she informed me that she could not do that because it was all one meal with the fish and chips. The manager eventually came as we were leaving and gave me $3 off of my meal even though the burnt fries completely destroyed my appetite. Just not good. We are done trying with this place. Hasta la vista. The bill was approximately $50 with no alcohol and just the two of us eating for lunch. Just just just never again… Entirely burnt meal basically and he gives me $3 off. I only ate a half a piece of fish in my fish and chips. Terrible.
