Ordered online 3/5 with a 7:23pm delivery from Dunn Ave store . I’ll be the first to say they don’t always get it right just depends on the pizza maker BUT they got it perfect tonight!!! Hats off to the pizza maker who took their time and made this pizza with care as if it was for them!!! Job well done!

OMG this was only my second time ordering from this Pizza Hut, and each experience has been less than desirable. The first time I ordered, I had the New York style extra XL foldable Pizza. It only had 9 pepperonis on it. I called the restaurant to see what happened to my order and the young lady told me that that’s all that came on that particular Pizza. I asked to speak to the manager and she said that she would give the manager my information to call me back.I never heard from the manager. Needless to say, I didn’t go back….. until tonight when we decided to try it again. Lo and behold, I was disappointed again. The Pizza crust was burnt, the meat toppings were dry and super crispy and the Pizza dough was cooked too long, and the bottom was crunchy. We could actually hear each other crunching on Pizza as we ate it! I don’t even know how anyone would let that pizza represent their brand quality. Needless to say, I’ll take my money and spend it elsewhere.

Pizza was way overdone. The pepperoni cups were burnt and the sausage was super dry. We got the large tavern style carryout special since the Tuesday $2, 1 topping personal pans were sold out (not sure how that happens, plan ahead!) The crust was also burnt but that was dinner ♀️

First off Jose claims he doesn’t have a manager he reports too. He is preparing food without gloves. Order placed 6:35 with a ready time of 6:59( item order cinnamon rolls) 6:59 he proceeds to tell us that the icing is frozen and offered to put cinnamon sticks icing on it instead. I asked why wasn’t this explained when i placed the order he said he didn’t know. The icing was placed inside of a pizza warmer to thaw it out and this is what you get. He placed frozen icing on top of the cooked cinnamon rolls. I requested a refund because this was unacceptable.I requested a manager glut he claims he doesn’t have one. I requested his supervisor info and he advised he didn’t have to give that info as well and i should be satisfied with a refund.

Good Morning, so if I could give a 0 star than that would be my choice for my recent visit. We normally support this Pizza Hut because it’s been apart of our neighborhood for many years and we would hate to see it go. Just like the Pizza Hut that had closed near 95 on Dunn. But this particular time, my order was extremely off. The pizza just didn’t look at fresh as it normally does. So when I got the pizza home as normal, kids started to eat with no problem. My youngest went back for another slice and as she was eating it a long string of hair was inside of the pizza. I thought maybe it was had gotten on the plate. Literally it was inside stuck up under the cheese, like it was baked with it. This completely turned me and the kids off. I’ve never really had a problem before at this Pizza Hut. I hate to do this but we’re going to have to find another spot to support

If I could give it no stars I would! This is my second time trying this Pizza Hut now & and just like the first time my food is sitting behind the counter in the hot box ready but yet no one‘s there at the front counter to give it to me. BOTH TIMES 8 mins later go by & then someone comes up it takes me eight minutes to get to the store. Day shift and night shift are the same. I could’ve been home eating it already. If it’s actually edible this time. Which SURPRISE bread sticks hard as a rock, pizza cold with old pepperoni on it.

There was plastic baked in my Alfredo pasta. So I called to make a complaint, and the young man told me to come to the location to prove that there was a piece of plastic in my food. Once it was proven, he told me that he was unable to process my refund, which I didn’t understand why would you make me drive all the way back over here just to tell me that you do not have the clearance to provide refunds and that the manager would be in the next morning. I told him that that was unacceptable and that I wanted to speak to whoever can process the refund now so he called her and told her what happened. She was very pleasant and very sweet and stated that she would process my refund the next day the next day came nothing happened and I was at work so I forgot to call and check up by the time I called later that afternoon of the next day the manager had left so I was in the same predicament I was in the first day which is I would not be receiving my refund because I missed the manager so I called two days after to talk to the manager and she did state that there was a different card on file then The card that we paid with which was crazy because that was not possible so because the card on file was different than the card that we actually paid for it with I would have to come back up to get a cash refund or I could just get a store credit. Although the manager was very nice, I believe that there could definitely be some training done on customer service and understanding that I was inconvenience two times due to a mishap on their part. Very disappointing!!!! Food quality was good. Everything came out as ordered. What’s the time it took from when I ordered it to when I received it was very disappointing! I was supposed to receive my order by 9:22. The order didn’t come until almost 10:00 PM. One hour and 15 minutes later when I first placed the order. And after spending the day moving me and my other three roommates we’re waiting on food. So overall the food quality was good and the taste of everything was good. But as for the delivery part. That was very disappointing!!

A favorite of mine since childhood. I don’t know if I am the only one who misses sit-down dinners with family and friends at The Hut, but I do. The anticipation of fresh pizza, red plastic cups & pitchers of coke being passed around the table. Salad bar was amazing as well, but the best part was when your pizza came to the table. Piping hot pan being held with pliers & plopped up on the pizza stand. The cheese pull on that first slice was glorious. The crust could not be beat & eating it fresh out of the oven, although it burned your mouth every time, was so satisfying. I am grateful to have experienced it, and I am happy to say that I still love the pizza without the experience. I do kinda wish they’d bring back the sitdown spots. For now, we’ll live with the takeout.

Having a pizza arrived like this with dried up Pizza sauce is unpleasant, than being told a delivery time frame and not getting your pizza until two hours after you order that is a issue because lunch breaks don’t last all day. After 1hour and 30 minutes I tried calling back to cancel the order altogether as I was waiting for the phone to get picked up after waiting for an answer after 45 min I hung up.
