I ordered a Pumpkin Cream Chai drink the other day but hot instead of iced. The employee cut me off and then got upset when I didn’t want their drink recommendation. The drink I was asking for I wanted hot instead of cold. The cold drink with the same ingredients costs close to $6. I asked for it hot and they charged me almost $8! The drink came with cold foam (I know its a hot drink, I get this same drink every fall for the past 5 years.) I get my drink and its literally just foam bubbles…no flavor, no cold foam. The employees know exactly what they did because she didn’t want me to get cold foam on a hot drink she was getting at and offered just pumpkin syrup instead…cold foam and syrup are 2 different things. Wasted $8 because the employee didnt want to make what I asked for. From the attitude to charging for the wrong watery drink its worth not going here, especially when going out feels like a treat if you have the extra funds to spend.

This is the first time I’ve gone into a Starbucks and a Barista has an actual conversation, she was pretty funny and super nice. However, can we discuss whomever designed the drive through and parking? I was blocked in for over 15 minutes. A combination of poor design, lengthy wait times for orders and a series of, apparently blind customers, that couldn’t extend the courtesy of leaving space for people to pass or pull out.

Hi, employees are buying up the specialty bear cups before they are available to the public. i stood in line waiting for a cup at 4 am only to find out the little cups they had were already claimed by the employees. this is extreme unfair!

I think this place suffers from poor management. The poor kids working here are working so hard, just as fast as possible. There are twenty people waiting and tons of abandoned drinks on the counter from people who waited over half an hour and gave up. There was one person on bar, and I heard him beg the manager for help. The manager just snapped at him. Then she continued wandering in and out of the back room, casually cleaning the counters, once in a while taking an order or two at the counter. This happens here every few weeks and I’m sure it’s down to poor organization. The people working here serving drinks couldn’t be nicer or harder working.

Location good for a grab and go and if not interacting with staff is important to you.
I feel for the manager – who works hard and tries to keep the energy up. The staff will not make eye contact or engage with you. I stood at the counter for 1 minute within 3 feet of two employees (one making a drink, one sweeping) and decided this was not an experience I wanted to invest in after being ignored.
Returning to the Montoya Church Place Starbucks for their friendly attitudes.

Not a big coffee drinker but shop here to get mugs for my daughter and sometimes, the desserts.
Love the holidays as all the pumpkin drinks, peppermint mocha and the festive drinks come out.
This time I ordered the iced white mocha with peppermint and the cranberry bliss bar.
