The De Queen, AR Sonic has gotten so much better the last couple of years. I do not know if it is due to new management or the employees are just better. I got the super sonic breakfast burrito and it was bomb full of ingredients and well wrapped.

Negative Stars at this Sonic Drive Thru.
My husband, myself and 3 kids pulled into stall #23. Maybe about 7 employees came out to deliver other peoples order and I watched every one walk past us.
There couldve been a sign that said “not working please go to another stall” but there wasnt! It just stayed at we will be with you shortly.
Waited PATIENTLY for 25mins only to have my husband get one of the employees attention. While she looked back she looked irritated and said that stall doesnt work youll have to move and she walked away. We got to order our food and whoever delivered to us also looked irritated but yet smiled at a guy wearing a Cinta shirt. To the manager who manages this location, please have a talk with your employees and atleast tell them to fake a smile.
While we had a rough morning ourselves my husband was still polite.
Thank you for our food. To anyone who comes across this review. Be advised that you may get the same treatment and pls stay away from stall 23 as it may not work and you may be waiting for 25mins and no employees care youre there waiting like an idiot.

Paid and picked up our our order.
Got home and one of our burgers Didn’t even have a hamburger pattie!.
Two pieces of bread cheese pickles and extra bacon.
No burger
I don’t think I will be going back anytime soon.
Just saying. Do a double check on the order before you deliver it to the customer.
I know that it’s busy and chaotic at times but people pay attention to what you do

10/10 the worst sonic i’ve ever been to. i’m type one diabetic & i always order a diet drink… they NEVER get it correct. i ALWAYS have to send it back because they refuse to make the drinks correctly. i’ve worked at several sonics & it’s NOT THAT HARD. last night we ordered dinner & ordered the new pickle fries & this is what we got. night shift is the worst. we’ve order the new pickle fries several times before & always got the correct amount. honestly just go to a different sonic don’t waste your time or money at De Queen sonic.

Ordered our food and they brought the wrong drinks out not once but twice. Didn’t even get all of our food after the 4th attempt of them coming back and fourth to us. Just gave up and left. Terrible service and experience.

They can’t get an order right. I can’t eat Mayo and told the lady not to put it on my cheeseburger, but she kept repeating that i wanted it. Finally she came out to me and I told her 3 more time not to put it on. When I got home they’d just soaked the whole cheeseburger with it. I want be eating there anymore.
