I always order the burgers UNSALTED and they are made tasting so DELICIOUS!!! This McDonald’s in Richboro will make your food excellent and accordingly!!! I have never had a problem with this McDonald’s! Absolutely a top tier location. All of the employees are very respectful and kind, the management is at its best!

My wife and I have really been enjoying the Monopoly game in the app, and we’ve been grateful to win several free food items through it.
Today, I visited your location to redeem some of those rewards and order food for my kids. I used the kiosk and placed five separate orders. As I finished placing the fifth one, an employee came up to me and, rather abruptly, said, “Just so you know, you can’t place more than four separate orders at a time.”
When I asked why, she told me it “sends a red flag to corporate and they can deactivate your app.” I mentioned that didn’t sound right, and she responded curtly, “I’m just letting you know!”
I’m reaching out to understand why this location — unlike others I’ve visited during this promotion — is enforcing such a rule. The Jamison and Warrington locations have always been kind and accommodating; they usually wait until I’m finished and place all my orders together in one bag. I visit the Richboro location often because my children love the play place, but this experience left me disappointed and confused.
Could someone please clarify whether this “four-order limit” is an official policy or a misunderstanding?

This location is always maintained, food orders are accurate our visit..the play is always fun and clean. One suggestion, there is an iron beam placed where it can be a hazard, recommend placing a soft matting around this hazard

the blonde manger or worker who ever she is has a stick up her you know what. acts like she owns the place has a horrible attitude, came in a couple days ago a bald guy gave me atitude and yelled at me and my frinds fo ordering more sauce packets and paying for it, this place is a joke and so are the managers who think they are above you just because they manage mcdonalds. its a joke. embarrassing treatment embarrassing staff and embarrassing management, and dont let me forget bout the time i waited 45 minutes for a apple pie. it just shows how much this mcdonalds is a joke.

It was good.
Drive through line wasn’t too bad. The guy who delivered our meal to the car (i guess that’s covid protocol there) was real nice. My burger was rather sloppily put together, but it tasted right and was really warm.
Overall pleasant for a trip to McDonald’s.
Might go back next time we crave for greasy fast food.
