Went there 20 minutes before they closed.
Didn’t order though the drive though just at window because it was too far back to even tell where it was! Took at least 10 minutes for someone in front of us and 10 minutes for us it was stupid and so slow!
I usually lay 5.87 at my local location but couldn’t get to that one before they closed. They charged me 6.80 here which is insane.
I don’t know what it is about this coffee but it taste really sour. Too much ice so thick I couldn’t really drink it through the straw.
This location will never see me again! I will go to my local Dunkin and be much happier there.
The frozen coffee wasn’t even fully blended. Where the line is on the cup is nothing but ice, can’t even get my straw past that line
Even more to add after my order was paid for I noticed a young women with long blonde hair that wasn’t even tied up. Hope no hairs got in anyone’s coffee/ food. The cashier asked someone if they knew how to make it .

This is what they considered full on a large cup. I didn’t do anything special or ask for anything special. It is exactly the way they normally fix it and they told me that that was full! I told them I could pour it out into a medium cup but I got charged for a large. We spend about $200 a month at this location we will not be anymore!

every time i’m here, my drink is never full.. i ordered a hot chocolate today, and it was barely full and very watered down. this location has awful customer service and then want to turn the screen because “it’s going to ask you a quick question” like uhh tip if for good customer service, not just you doing the bare minimum…

It was early in the morning and I decided to get some breakfast. I got a Frozen Chocolate with a Dunkin Wrap, and an item that has scrambled eggs, hashbrowns and brisket. The items were delicious but the wrap tasted a bit odd. The atmosphere is really nice and the employees are amazing at this location. Seating is a bit small so you might want to grab a seat yourself before they fill up. I’ll come back here again.

I order donuts for my staff every Saturday for pickup on Sunday. They NEVER have my order ready. Not even one time. Then they want to act like they never got the order but somehow they can fix it without being told what I ordered. They either need to close this location down or clean house and start over with all new staff. There is no excuse, especially since I have heard all of them already

I usually love this chain but I got gaslit about my donut order yesterday! I haven’t been to Dunkin’ since they discontinued the butternut donut, but I know a few places still carry it. I asked if they still carried it, and they said they did! My boyfriend was driving and heard the exchange. When I get to the window, they give me 2 Brownie Batter donuts instead with my order. I ask the attendant about it and she said these were the “new butternut” and the “old butternut” was discontinued. I asked if she was sure that the chocolate-filled heart shaped seasonal donut was the butternut donut, and she said yes, this is the new one. If you make a mistake, just say so! I do not like the donuts I got and think it’s hilarious that she kept doubling down over something so silly and small. If you misheard me, say “I’m so sorry, would you like a different donut?”. It seems she just didn’t want to put any extra steps on her FitBit yesterday!

Sweetest people they work so hard to make sure your order is correct. They’re location makes it super hard for it to be extra speedy and they still bust it to get you your order. The other day, they gave me an extra order of bagel minis and they once gave a side of bacon to my dog. Just because! Awesome people that love their community.
