I came back a second time, and I should’ve known better. Because when I ordered, the girl that took my order the first time, said “that’s the girl that said that I didn’t put coffee in her iced coffee. “
Now I should’ve known better, especially when I heard that, that there would be no coffee in my coffee.
Now, when you walk into an establishment in order for a second time, you definitely should not hear a worker saying that to a coworker about an order that was just placed. Definitely super unprofessional, and definitely lackadaisical. If you are looking for a good coffee, this is not the Dunkin’ for you.
Management should definitely be careful about who they hire and have on their floor because it reflects very poorly on them
I’ve been going to this Dunkin’ Donuts once a week for maybe two years. And if I’m being honest with you half the time it’s good half and half the time it’s awful. I only keep going cause it’s right next-door to my work but today might be the last visits. Employees are not very nice and service was incredibly slow. Seven out of 10 times they don’t have the things that I ordered and I have to wait for them to find something else for my mobile order. My order was placed today and I arrived and had to wait 10 minutes to pick it up. (I had already waited 15 minutes after ordering to go pick it up at the drive-through window ). One of my two donuts selections was not available… this happens constantly. But fine whatever I’ll take a different kind and pulled up to the window. They left me sitting at the window for an exorbitant amount of time without even opening it and checking in. What is taking so long for my mobile order that I placed 25 minutes ago when the woman finally opened the window she began to hand me someone else else’s order when I told her it wasn’t mine she gave me a confounded and kind of dirty look. It appeared that there were only two people working inside. Maybe that’s the problem. Now let’s get to the food. Ice, cold, and burnt at the same time for my bagel sandwich. Got a side of bacon and half of that was burnt or raw. Donuts were atrocious. Not very happy.
Update –
Placed an online order for pick up at the drive-through due to it being national drive-through day. Got to the location and there was a sign on the drive-through talk box that said it was out of order. (On Dunkin advertised ‘national drive thru day’). Drove up to the window and they could not open the window. Went into the building and was not greeted. I grab my mobile order (which was supposed to be two donuts). As I was leaving the store, heard an employee say loudly and rudely ‘ain’t there no sign out there?’ I answered her by saying, I saw a sign, but figured you could pass my mobile order through the window. She did not respond. Got back home and realized that the order was wrong. I received the wrong donuts.
Update – changing my 5 star to a 4 star. The employees here (for the most part, not all) are pretty unfriendly. Work on your customer service.
Yr typical Dunkin’ Donuts. Food is good. Wait time is fair. The staff could be friendlier. Have ordered from there about a dozen times and my order was only wrong once.
What’s the point of being opened if there’s no donuts available? Also, it would be very helpful if they let people know this next time so people don’t waste time and gas money for nothing. Very annoying.
Order 2 drinks and 2 sandwiches and bill was over $20.
Oh they over charged and they a $4 credit for 1 egg & cheese croissant 3,89 pls tx $4.16
My bill 15 dollars and some change for a bottle of Pepsi 20z and bottle of orange juice 2 sandwiches ( cheese toast and egg & cheese croissant)
Nasty and I ask myself what are they feeding me and I prescribed to eat. I am not a professional but I will not recommend and I ate there before but never again
