Parkside Deli is a gourmet deli in Petoskey, offering gourmet sandwiches, soups, salads, and catering for small events and corporate parties. Parkside Deli is temporarily closed for walk-in orders and only accepting catering orders for the fall/winter 2025 season. Parkside Deli catering services are available seven days a week for special events, private parties, business meetings, and more. Custom catering is available upon request. Our business is expanding, and we are moving to our new location at 314 West Mitchell Street in Petoskey. We are still catering and offering the same great soups, sandwiches, and catering options. ok so this spot is amazing for sandwiches, esp if the weather is good. the last few times I’ve gone, you order online or through a window facing the park. They have a great menu and QR code posted on the wall and the variety of sandwiches is solid. I got the #1 which has turkey and avocado. It was delicious. My partner had an egg salad sandwich. They have all the Michigan faves that taste like home: pickles Great Lakes chips and vernors! Oh and you can’t eat inside so you’re forced to take it home or sit in Pennsylvania park at a picnic table or on the grass to indulge. It’s idyllic and amazing. Great prices too.

BEST. SANDWICHES. EVER!!!!!! If you aren’t eating here, then you are seriously missing out! Plus you have the park right there next to it so you can relax while you wait for your food. The coleslaw was so fresh, and the pickles are delicious too. Highly recommend this place if you’re looking for good quality fresh made food.

Love Park Side Deli! Perfect downtown location to have a picnic in the park or order ahead for a day on the lake. I have loved everything I have ordered from here. I tend to always go back to the #4 though! You can’t go wrong and love supporting local businesses. Chef Sarah also does catering and personal chef options for ready made meals, we absolutely loved all of the food options she prepared and sure makes crazy nights a lot easier not worrying about what to cook your family!

We ordered 4 sandwiches and a salad and of the 4 sandwiches only one was correctly made. The wrong types of bread were used as well as deli meat. In addition we ordered 5 bags of chips and only received 4. Lastly, the salad we ordered we were told they were out of after we ordered and paid and as we were picking up our order. They offered to give us a refund for the salad and we agreed. However, they only refunded us $9 for a $13 salad.
We recognize they were busy but that is quite a few errors in one order.

Good sandwiches… but very slow service! Don’t be in a hurry to eat.
I understand everyone in the area is under staffed, and we came here on the 4th of July weekend. But with that said they should have planned for steady orders this weekend. We weren’t told the wait was going to be 30+ minutes for two sandwiches until after we paid. Communication and set expectations for customers up front if wait times are going to be long.

You can’t go wrong ordering from Parkside Deli. I have tried several different menu items, and they were all amazing! The sandwiches are piled high and filling, the soups are homemade and delicious, and the cookies and bread are baked to perfection. The food is delicious, and the service is fast and friendly!

on a vacation with my girlfriend, and i walked in just wanting to get a couple drinks for the road but it just smelled amazing once her and i walked in. so instinctively i wanted food haha. while on vacation i love getting/asking the employees what their favorite food is
he was super quick to respond and it was a #3 grilled.
i looked at the menu and it had brie cheese and apples, and cherry marmalade and ham like definitely nothing i would order on the regular but once we got to our car phew was i wrong the sandwich was exactly what i needed and even my extremely picky girlfriend loved the sandwich it was delicious!! We will definitely be coming back if we stop in Petoskey again!!!

I got the veggie wrap and my fiancé got a veggie sandwich on gluten free bread (gluten allergy). They were very understanding about and accommodating to her allergy. The food was delicious and the service was fast and friendly! Would definitely recommend!
