Done an online order and had to wait almost a hour for it after selecting asap. The pups were cold and they didn’t get any of the custom ingredients on or left off that we asked for. This place is turning into a joke just like one of the Taco bells here.

I went there yesterday tried to get food, after waiting for a good minute for someone to come to the speaker (almost left then) they couldn’t due tap pay, unfortunate but whatever. I decided to try and order the food and have it delivered, they said it would take over an HOUR. For 1 combo meal, I ended up canceling because by then my food would be cold and nasty. Never have I had an order from anywhere take over an hour. Especially when I’m 5 minutes exactly from Krystal’s. Yall need to update your system and provide better service. It’s crazy how I had to wait in the drive thru for 5-10 minutes without anyone saying anything and no cars in front of me and no one in the parking lot. I used to LOVE Krystal’s as a kid but I guess those days are over.

It has been years since I have been to a Krystals. Not the most healthy option, by far. But today I decided to stop in. I am glad I did. Funny thing is. It was the customer service that made this visit so enjoyable. The young man at the counter was especially friendly and helpful. I was very impressed. Not the type of service you get unfortunate these days. I commend him for his attitude. Nice guy. Thank you.

Due to being allergic to onion’s I don’t eat Krystal very often due to the fact almost every store either comes packed with them or still has ones where you can see they tried to scrape them off afterwards. Not only was they completely onion free they was some of the best I have had in awhile, no soggy bread and nice and warm.

Charged me for my CORRECT order, but shorted me on my actual order. Plus my receipt said corn pups, instead of Chilli cheese pups! The phone # on reciept/website went straight to fax so couldn’t explain to any1. When I went back to the location, they told me I was lying because my receipt didn’t match what I had in my bag!!

The food was good, ordering was quick and accurate but the cost was very expensive for what we ordered. We ordered 2 3 chilli cheese pups, fries, and drinks meals and it was almost $24. Probably won’t be going back at those prices.

Ordered food on line at 6:22 a 24 pack I picked asap. After I paid it said my order would be ready in an hour even got an email stating it would be ready at 7:22 pm. I tried calling two times and no answer. Has hours of operation 24 tried to go in and the doors were locked the girl stated lobby closes at 7 no signs stating that very disappointed.

We wanted to try the wings because of a friend’s recommendation. Unfortunately they were just okay at best. The young girl Amanda who was working the window was very friendly & very fast . We will always go there for a Krystal Burger although they are getting pretty pricey
