Ordered chicken today and when I got home I realized the chicken was completely undercooked and raw in the middle.
This is a serious food safety issue. Undercooked poultry can cause food poisoning and should never be served to customers. I’ve attached a photo of the chicken showing how raw it was inside.
I couldn’t eat the food I paid for and had to throw it away. I’ve already contacted corporate and will also be reporting this to the county health department.
I’d like someone from management to contact me and issue a refund.

Online order stated order would be ready at 11:08 AM. I arrived on site around 11:17 AM. My order was started approximately 11:25. The Certified Training General Manager compiling my order realized that my order contained fried okra, which had not been cooked yet. I was offered a free drink while I waited, which I refused. No apology was offered for the amount of time my order was taking, so I presume this is standard operating procedure at this location. The floor in the customer area was sticky, so I can only imagine what the floor in the kitchen area was like. The sauce on the boneless wings was thin and watery with little flavor. The okra was greasy. The best thing in my order was the pickled jalapenos. This experience has reminded my why I don’t patronize Church’s more often.

I can’t rate the food because I never received it. I used my points from the app for a chicken sandwich when I went in to pick it up the manager was leaning over the counter looked up a second asked what I wanted told her I had an online oder she continued to play on her phone and with an attitude said they couldn’t make my order because they didn’t have it right now to cancel it on my phone but it wouldn’t give me that option. So I lost my points and there was other options on the web page that could have been another option they just seem not to care like they don’t want to be there. There is one woman I’ve meet there that does go beyond and above but the rest always have attitudes and they never have many of the options they offer I get being out of something here or there it happens but always they need to do better or close

This is a staple for this town. The restaurant has been here for years. The staff is friendly and the service is really good. The chicken is always fried perfectly and the new smokehouse chicken is delicious. The jalapeño cheese poppers are a bit spicy but they’re not too bad.

So I ordered food from this restaurant tonight Uber Eats I’ve had the driver to deliver my food multiple times without an issue so when she delivered my food tonight somebody was eating one of the biscuits and put it back in the box also took a bite out of a chicken breast and put it in the Box none of my boxes were sealed like they’re supposed to been contact Uber so let him know the quality could you get from Church’s Chicken I will post it all over the Internet media platforms so people in Orangeburg don’t catch a disease from somebody else taking a bite out of your food and placing it back in the box all this was done at the restaurant it was not done by the driver that delivered it I like I said I’ve had her. To deliver a lot of orders for me and I’ve never had a problem with her service she’s been above and beyond for quality of service best you can. You can clearly see in these photos that somebody is taking bites off of a biscuit and a piece of chicken and this is how it was delivered to me I know for a fact it’s not a delivery person because she is delivered multiple deliveries to my house and this is the first time that I’ve ever had a problem

I went through the drive thru at 8pm on a Saturday and all over the windows were posters saying open late! Open til midnight!
After waiting a few minutes in the drive thru with no response I went around to the front. The employee standing inside was watching TV and the doors were locked. Completely ignored me knocking. The hours on the door still said 9pm
