Great food and portion size. We ordered Lamb Pide and Lamb Shish Wrap. Delicious. We had to wait about 30 minutes but you can order in advance. Keep in mind that prices were adjusted and do not match those listed. Planning to come back, order in advance and try the Lamb chop (it looks awesome)
Update: I came back and tried Lamb over rice, delicious and tender! faster service.

Great food, the best middle eastern food in State College for me! I loved every dish and it truly felt authentic. The hummus and the falafel were one of the best I had in a long time (highly recommend both! And If you like eggplants, babaganoush too it’s great). Together with the two sauces, the owner brought us fresh made flatbread for dipping. Everything was fresh made, honestly a 10 out of 10 experience.
The portions are very big but I’m not sad about bringing the food home to eat it again! Thank you for your food. We’ll be back again!

This is the best middle eastern food in state college and it isn’t even a little bit close.
Everything was made fresh and came out hot. Amazing flavours. We got a chicken leg plate and a lamb shish plate, both were phenomenal. Also got falafel, babaganoush, and a hummus starter which came with fresh made bread (10/10)
Everything we ordered was amazing, and I doubt we just got lucky with our order. Probably everything on the menu is great.

This was a great chance found by accident when I wasn’t looking. Was on my way to a restaurant that was closed when I ran into a group that recommended this place for me. So I paid a visit and it was a great pleasure. Although, wasn’t a typical restaurant atmosphere, where you sit on a table while someone serves you, instead you order at the counter and be called when your food is ready.
Honestly, I understand estimated the quantity, so I ordered something else on the side. Then, OMG when the food was ready, I was surprised by the size of it.
The lamb chops were super tender and flavorful. Along the rice and soup. The quality of food is very fresh and delicious. You can tell it’s homemade with love and care.
While I’m in the area, will definitely revisit again and experience another plate or two.
The area is a downtown, so parking is somewhat hard but above all, it’s worth it.

What a gem! Great menu and generous portions, even by Central PA standards. Brought friends and had dolma, chicken kebab, and both spinach and eggplant pide. Good lord, what a jam — I hope to come back 1,000 times.

My husband and I both loved our meals! I had an easy time finding options as someone who has to eat gluten and dairy free: I really enjoyed the chicken kebab platter. He is Turkish and loved being able to eat lahmacun! Very fresh, tasty, and large portions for the price.

Absolutely amazing experience at Mosul Grill!
I can’t recommend this place enough — the food is incredibly flavorful, perfectly seasoned, comforting, and made with so much care. It truly feels like a home-cooked meal. The owners are SO friendly and welcoming. I wish Mosul Grill had been around when I lived in State College!

Most delicious middle eastern food I’ve ever had! The shawarma was phenomenal, we got the chicken and beef, and lahmacun. The quality of the bread is amazing, and I love the spices they use.

I got a pide and my husband got the biryani plate, and they were both really good. The staff was really friendly. The food tasted like it was made fresh, but we didn’t have to wait long at all after we ordered. 10/10 would recommend.

Highly recommend! The food was super fresh, you could tell it wasn’t frozen and heated up in any way. I really appreciated that there was a wait, because I knew they were taking their time to give us the best quality. Easily in my top 3 state college eats, my husband after a few bites said it was his favorite restaurant now. They give you great portions and the family running it is so sweet. Great prices for the amount you get. The opposite of stingy!
