Pho here was flavorful and rich. Make sure you ask about the size first though. Large size is the same size as regular in other places. We also ordered mangolian beef dish, it was good but a little on a sweet side. My kids ordered orange chicken, server brought us sesame chicken. We re like that’s fine probably it won’t be a big difference between those dishes. That sesame chicken was super sweet and dry, it was almost inedible. I would recommend this place specifically for pho not sure about rest of the food though.

I recently visited IPHO#1 The Noodle House and had an overall disappointing experience. While the food was enjoyable, there were several significant issues that overshadowed the positives.
Let’s start with the positive aspects. The food at IPHO#1 The Noodle House was indeed good. The flavors were delicious, and the dishes were well-prepared. I particularly enjoyed their noodle dishes, which had a great balance of flavors and textures. The menu offered a variety of options to choose from, catering to different preferences.
However, the negatives of my dining experience greatly outweighed the positives. The first issue was the excessive waiting times. It took a staggering 51 minutes to get our drinks after placing our order, which is unacceptably long. Furthermore, we had to wait for more than 35 minutes to receive our food. Such extended waiting times can be frustrating and dampen the overall dining experience. Our waiter, a young teenager, was distracted behind the counter and we had to ask about our food and drinks three times. Additionally, other customers waiting long periods got their drink orders confused multiple times.
Another major concern was the cleanliness of the establishment. The floors were very dirty, giving a rather unhygienic impression. Additionally, the state of the bathrooms was disappointing as they were dirty and seemed to be poorly maintained. These aspects negatively affected the overall ambiance and comfort of the restaurant.
The kitchen area also left much to be desired. The atmosphere inside the kitchen was chaotic, and we could hear arguments and conflicts among the staff. This not only created an unpleasant environment but also raised concerns about the professionalism of the establishment. Adding to this, it was surprising to see that the place was being run by early teens who seemed immature and unprofessional. This lack of experienced management was evident throughout our visit.
Considering all these factors, I find it difficult to recommend IPHO#1 The Noodle House. While the food was good, the excessive waiting times, uncleanliness, and chaotic kitchen atmosphere detracted significantly from the overall dining experience. Improvements in these areas, along with the need for more professional and experienced staff, are necessary to enhance the quality and reputation of the establishment.

The young man at the counter was great today we called ahead to order he got our order perfectly and when we got there for dine inn it was ready within first 10 min I’m not sure what his name was but he was very helpful and the food was fantastic per usual I’ve been coming here for years

Delicious! I got a small and couldn’t finish it (just a tip for those with small appetites like me). Tea wasn’t the right one, but our server offered multiple times to bring me the one I ordered, but I ended up liking the Thai tea so I declined. Servers are young, but helpful and sweet. Definitely get something with their pho broth. So. Good.

Great food fast service. Was looking for a great place to enjoy some PHO for lunch and found this place online. When you walk In you wait to be seated a little awkwardly but wasn’t much of a wait at all.
Ordered a couple appetizers, crab Rangoon & chicken on a stick. Came out quickly, both tasted awesome.
Then ordered our pho soups and they came out quick as well, tasted great and they had all the sauces/flavorings to add into the soup.
Overall great place, will be back again.

Got the ipho special combo with extra tripe. Absolutely worth the 5 dollars extra for me, you can see they pile it on very well. Plenty of broth and the spicy chili made my lips burn so good. Overall all the components were there for a proper pho and I absolutely recommend it for a filling and hearty meal.

A local favorite by how much traffic in dine in and take out orders go. Staff is fast and have impeccable service. We ordered the crab Rangoon appetizer with pho P9 (large) and P10(small) and combo fried rice. The crab rangoon was filled to the brim with delicious willing and a thick dipping sauce. My pho was a hearty serving and the chili oil gave a spicy cook soo be wary of it, it’s very hot! The fried rice was exactly that bursting with flavors plenty of beef, shrimp and rice. The Thai tea was okay but I recommend the Vietnamese ice tea. There’s plenty of room for small and big groups. The kids seem to love the options. Would enjoy to come back when I’m back in town.

Waited almost 30 minutes for my appetizer spring rolls then I asked if there smoothies were going to be thick or concertrated she didn’t get the question just wanted to sell it when I got the mango smoothie it tasted terrible I politely asked if they can change to Thai milk tea and the lady was so rude she said you can order for next time didn’t say sorry for the wait or nothing good tasted bland and the portions are small

I visited IPHO#1 THE NOODLE HOUSE with my family of five on a Tuesday evening around 6:30 pm. A sign warned us of slow service due to a staffing shortage, and though only one other couple was there, we were seated quickly. Our order of spring rolls and beef pho (P5) was taken right away, and the food did not disappoint—everything was fresh and flavorful.
However, that was the last time we saw our waitress. The cooks served our food, and no one checked on us or refilled our water throughout the meal. The tables and floors weren’t very clean, and there were gnats flying around. The only visible staff was a woman watching TikTok videos instead of attending to customers. When it was time to pay, I had to interrupt her screen time to settle my $94 bill.
The quality of the food could have made this a 5-star experience, but the lack of cleanliness and attentive service brought it down. Unfortunately, I’m not sure I’ll be returning.
