Traveling with friends one decided this was the place for a late lunch. We got a table inside for 6 right away. Good service but the menu was limited. My wife had the pasta I the lasagna. She loved her meal but I thought the lasagna was a bit dry. Needed more sauce. Pretty pricey for lunch

Boy i love a good risotto, I found it here. The fresh ingredients spoke for themselves. My wife had the cauliflower soup and she’s still talking about it two days later. Absolutely worth it.

Dear tourists visiting Luzern, I would strongly advise you to go somewhere else. The restaurant might look ok but the food is not good. You can thank me later for help you saving 8.5 Francs for a 1 liter bottle tap water. Not really nice to overpay for a bad meal

Great pizza and especially good option for solo diners at the bar! Friendly staff and could not recommend more!

Nice restaurant in the heart of Lucerne. They offer gluten-free pinsa. It was very tasty and the staff were friendly and attentive. The pinsa was delicious – the gluten-free version is baked in a separate oven. We felt reasonably safe overall. However, all pinsas are on wooden boards/plates which have more or less deep cutting grooves.
We pointed out that it would definitely make sense to serve the gluten-free pinsas on plates or dedicated boards to avoid cross-contamination. They were very open and appreciated the suggestion. I assume they’ll handle it even more safely in the future – otherwise it’s best to just ask for a plate instead of a wooden board when ordering. Our daughter is a symptomatic celiac, but she had no issues and really loved the food.

We had a wonderful experience. First, our waiter was excellent. The food was delicious. We had appetizers, pasta, meat, and a kids’ meal, which were made exceptional.

We had a lovely family dinner. The pizza and pasta were excellent. The staff were very friendly and attentive (including translating the instructions into English for some pharmacy medicine for our son). We would go back for sure.

US Solo American traveler. BACIO was really yummy. They speak English and the food was good. Paper menu is in Italian, but you can ask for the link to the English menu. Large selection of items. I would suggest looking at the menu before hand. Walkable, and very close to all the hotels within a 5-10 min walk of the Lucerne train station.

We had dinner here after our busy day in Luzern and Engleberg. We didn’t have reservations, so we ended up in the back of restaurant. Pleasant atmosphere. Food was okay. I had the Risotto, my daughter had some type of pasta. Nothing spectacular, but for the price they’re charging, I was expecting great food. I noticed a lot of people had pizza on their tables, so maybe order pizza next time? Also, our wait staff forgot our “appetizers” so we had to remind her not to charge us for those.

The restaurant is quite cosy and elevated, we felt a bit out of place in our post hike clothing. The service was professional and the food was great. There were not so many things on the menu, which for some might be a plus, but we would prefer to have abut more choice. Rather on the more expensive side, pasta, piada and 2 cocktails cost us over 100 chf. Conveniently located close to the train station.
