Waited 40 minutes for our food. It came out cold. Waited for the waitress who never came back to check. When she did make an appearance she literally dropped the bill on the table and scurried away. When we addressed this with the manager at the register, he did take 20% off the bill to help rectify this, but said just one .moment I need to get something from my office, we waited another 10 minutes, paid our bill and headed out the door, only to see the manager and a waitress out back texting on phones??? I would avoid this place!

Long wait to be seated and length of time getting food even though place was not busy and a lot of staff. Biscuit/egg sandwich served with a runny egg and eggs Benedict served with hard poached eggs. Asked for crispy hash browns-received undercooked and cold

I’m a truck driver and I often come to Houlton to sleep overnight. For the first time, I decided to go out for lunch. I had the burrito lunch, and it was excellent. The waitress’s energy was contagious. Keep up the good work!

Scrambled egg would have been a5 if warm or better yet hot, hash brown cooked on only one side, bacon burnt, pancake excellent, pork link or some kind of bologna meat aweful.

Unbelievable after sitting down and ordering our food we waited for over an hour without any food or so much as a word from our server meanwhile the people who were seated before us AND after us were getting theirs this is unacceptable we live in mars hill and came all the way out here to have a nice meal which we didn’t even receive, by the time we saw the people after us getting their food we had enough what a complete and utter waste of our time

I was satisfied with the food and service, but didn’t enjoy the constant talking (loudly) between waiting staff about complaints of ordering tablet chargers and an apparent call out by a colleague. My advice is keep the inside words inside and let the customers enjoy their meals without the drama. Otherwise it was a typical iHop breakfast which is what I expected. Thank you.

We stood for a good 5-10 minutes to add our name to the wait list and the hostess ignored everyone standing in front of her. When asked about the list she got snooty. The place was not busy and yet people stood there waiting for tables for 20 minutes or more. Also another lady went up to out her name on the list and the hostess not once acknowledged her so she left upset. No one has any idea what they are doing or how to be an actual waitress or hostess. I was a waitress for years and you NEVER blame your customers or treat them rudely when you are in the wrong!
Our waitress was delightful and prompt, however, we wasted about an hour and a half even waiting for food. The service at this restaurant is absolutely despicable. No one seems to understand how to be a waitress and ensure customer satisfaction.
The food was cold, and wasn’t until my food was brought out that they said they were missing the main ingredient on my breakfast and offered something different. Again, the waitress was lovely but the overall experience was terrible. We will not be back.
