I had the new chicken tenders two weeks ago. They were fantastic. I have told everybody how great they were. I went there tonight to get some when I got home. They were so hard and so dry and so overcooked, but I was not even able to eat them when I tried to call the store. There was no answer. I tried several times there still was no answer. I was not in any position to be able to take them back. Needless to say I’m now I’m gonna have to go back and reiterate what I’ve told everybody. At least tell them to go to a different store what a disappointment.

Doordashing in the snow and you have 4+ employees and I was told you are understaffed and that’s why my dash order of nuggets and fries is delayed. At this point over 5 minutes past the time. I am the only customer in the store and drive through had no cars when I got here. Employees are nice but lacking quickness and service.

This Wendy’s has got to be the worst one I have ever been to. Every order somehow manages to outdo the last as far as a failure to maintain a standard for the product sold. Low effort, wrong orders, half-baked attempts at the menu items is the norm here. The manager and staff also attempt upcharges on different items unless you call them out on their posted menu prices on their screens at the store. Avoid.
The baconator came with the tiniest hint of ketchup and barely any mayo making it drier than ever.
The “saucy nuggz” came sauceless when I told them no ranch or blue cheese.
The double mushroom cheeseburger came as a single.
And those are just a few of their mistakes in my ordering history with them. Abominable.

I coming here all the time but I never eat inside do to my anxiety but today my family wanted to the front cashier was very nice at first till she made a mistake instead of owning it taking accountability she gave me attitude looked at me like I was lying I ordered bacon cheese fries I said it loud for her to hear she even repeated it back to me so I know it wasn’t on me she had said chilli fries than chesse so I spoke up and she got smart stop like you said chesse fries I kindly said no it was bacon I got a rude look from her than she went to tell the guys it’s bacon cheese fries they looked at screen she said out loud she changed her mind I didn’t say anything cause how she set it up like I was the problem I’m hurt cuz I didn’t wanna eat inside but when ur family wants to you give in she even got the condiments wrong I ask for ranch she gave one but the other honey mustard which I accepted cuz I didn’t wanna make her feel need to correct this was before she was rude to me I couldn’t enjoy my food and wanted to cry it was embarrassing what she did the time was 2:30pm sun 5 I’d love for the cameras to be played back and get a apology from this woman

This is the breakfast burrito I received from Wendy’s on Cape Horn Rd in Red Lion . Beyond dry and not appetizing. Potatoes were old n cold. No napkins or straws. I “used” to rave about this place, but the last several visits have been bad.

Had cheeseburger kid’s meal and parmesan caesar salad, all taste good. No complain. Almost couldn’t pay because my card doesn’t work. Thanks to the friendly generous front guy who let me have the meal. Wendy’s chose the right staff to not just working but also spread kindness
