I had an amazing experience at KB’s! The brisket was absolutely perfect—tender, smoky, and full of flavor with just the right amount of bark. Every bite was melt-in-your-mouth delicious. The sides were just as impressive, especially the fries, okra, Mac & cheese.

The location is nice and easy to get to. Plenty of parking, so no worries. The building and buildings around it look nice. Inside the store looked nice, clean, and organized. The food menu has plenty on it. I ordered the three meat plate, proportions were well. The food tasted great, no complaints on the chicken, brisket, and turkey. The macaroni and cheese was delicious. I would definitely recommend the place for everyone to try. Definitely would return.

We wanted to eat some fried chicken and we just randomly googled and this place popped up on our search and we just went to try it. It was relatively quiet and not many people when we went there. It was Mothers day so we decided to go to places where not many people would take their moms.
The place has Dickies bbq and Fried chicken options. We did not want the BBQ so stayed true to ordering half a bird and we stayed on the mild side. We got a cheesesteak (fantastic recommendation by the guy at the counter) Chicken sandwich and mac n cheese.
The order does take 15-20 minutes but worth the wait as it was one of the best fried chickens I have eaten in a very long time. It was temperature hot and did take us a while to eat but it was juicy and not at all dry. A Perfect fried chicken. The Cheesesteak was also amazing and pretty big. The chicken sandwich was also good and possibly could be shared like the cheesesteak. The dipping sauce was very different and had a yummy taste. We also ordered the fried okra.
Definitely, we will be back here and most likely will try the spicier chicken.

It was my 1st time here with a hamkering for fried chicken…saw the Google map reviews and figured I would try it. The atmosphere was nice, very relaxing music, very clean and organized. The service was good. I saw other people being served and they seemed to be pleased with the interactions. I could see the dine in presentation for the meals was meticulously done and very aestheticallly pleasing.
The prices were higher than I expected for the portion size.. $18 for half pound of brisket… $18 for half chicken only…no sides.. $4.25 to add one side and med drink. Maybe because it was a halal menu..
The fried half chicken I had was dry and over fried. The wait was almost 30 min… would have been appropriate to let me know how long the order should be when I ordered …maybe even offer me a fountain drink for the long wait. The place wasn’t busy at all. I will continue looking for a go to fried chicken spot in the area.

My first time In KBs hot chicken and the food is delish . The atmosphere is wonderful very spacious. The restrooms are very clean you know that’s a must and a chicken place.

This is a fusion with Dickie’s BBQ basically something for everyone! The sides were amazing we had the baked beans and mac&cheese. The chicken wings are not traditional wings they are more like breaded fried chicken wings (still delicious). We also tried the brisket loaded fries so yummy great food clean place good vibes. Very friendly staff. Great outdoor seating area.

KB’s Hot Chicken is a contender for top Nashville Fried chicken. Their dry rub is very delicious and complemented well by their mayo based sauce. Similarly, they have regular and spicy BBQ sauce for their res meat products like Brisket with Baked Potato. Overall, any heat leave above Medium is going to require boldness and this is coming from someone who can handle the heat.
