First McDonald’s that I received good service in a long time. Cashier was helpful. I was greeted when they brought my food to my table. The lobby was clean. All of the tables were clean.
My past McDonald’s experiences were poor. This was different. With friendly, talking employees, this was a much better experience. I like dining at a clean restaurant.

We saw Panic! at The Disco. They were organized, it was clean and the show was great. Prices of drinks are insane tho and you can’t take the bottle if you get a bottle of water! Crazy!

Well, my granddaughter is collecting the Happy Meal toys , so grandma has to do her part ! This week I stopped in Viroqua and the young man at the counter, Baeric, was so very kind and helpful ! Very kindly checked what toys they had and I would say showed incredible patience helping me.

I hate to have to leave McDonald’s a bad review. I love the Ronald McDonald House and that is the sole reason I eat here.
But tonight I picked up my food from drive thru and check out the pictures.
This is what I got for fries. That’s nothing but knowingly and intentionally making sure you give a customer poor service. You cant look at that and say “its close enough”. Thanks for letting me know this is how much you care about the money you take from customers.

Pulled up to the drive thru and the guy told me to wait a second. I sit there for 7 minuted as other cars take their order in the other lane and I get 0 response from rhe employee at my window.

Stopped in for a quick bite. We ordered from the kiosk and then sat down. The gal who brought our order was really nice. We forgot to order water cups, so I went up front, and a different gal gave me the cups, and a 3rd gal offered to help me carry the cups to our table. Very friendly staff.
The food was great. The only issue was someone was very heavy-handed on the sauce for our sons sandwiches he ordered. (Bacon egg and cheese bagel)
Otherwise, we really liked this location.
Bathrooms were clean, which huge kudos, because that’s not normal at many locations we’ve been to.

Every morning I’m greeted by the rudest employee through the drive thru. “What do you want? ” or “Is that it?” Just a nasty tone and she’s usually yelling at other workers when I get to the window. On top of all that today I’m handed a pop that looks like watery tea. I called to let them know it’s just brown water and the person answering said ” ya,we’ll were busy! My car and one other were only coustomers…. I said that’s it? Not even an apology? She responded by yelling at me. I hung up. never going there again!
