We were glad when this location opened and finally had the chance to go this past week. I appreciate that there is a pickup window as I am sure I will use it in the future. This visit was for dine in during lunch. The staff was super friendly. The bowl I got was really good but the chips were not crisp, they were bendy and rubbery. Also, there were no clean tables. Multiple times during our visit there were no customers, but the staff just sat around and talked instead of wiping down tables.

I really didn’t appreciate the discrimination received at the location and the attitude the associate displayed. As I walked in slightly prior to a Caucasian group the employee acted as if he didn’t realize who was there first and as if he didn’t want to provide me service. As if it was inconvenient to service me. Long story short. I walked out without making a purchase. So disappointing.

The absolute worst customer service! We went there and ordered our food and there are signs everywhere saying if you scan the qr code you get a free guacamole immediately. I do everything they ask for and nothing. The horrible woman behind the counter refused to help when we asked her she said I don’t have it I don’t use it. Ok. So another young man came to help she had now finished the transaction so now I have to purchase something else to get the guacamole I just paid for. Not happy, we sit down to eat our food, and she’s changing trash cans in an empty restaurant 12 inches from where we are eating. Just rude! Suggestion would be take all the signs down if you can’t or won’t help people ( including this senior citizen who sometimes has a hard time with technology. ) or make sure your employees are on board and well versed in what your promoting. This was a disastrous experience. Keep your guacamole I will be Uninstalling your app.

Congratulations to the Chipotle in Hamburg! Today was their Grand Opening, and wow, they hit the ball out of the park on Day One! Parking lot was full, restaurant was full, and all the staff was ready and waiting for a full house. I got a couple of my normal orders (I’m a regular at the campus location) of a steak bowl and a chicken taco, with queso of course, and wow it was great. Not too salty either! The vibe was good – music and atmosphere was light and fun and not xmas music LOL!!! It’s in a busy part of Hamburg, but easy enough to get in/out and park; it’s kinda sorta near Canes, on the Winchester Road side. If you stop in, tell Rachel, the boss lady that Sarah sent ya! Oh, and I got to meet the FAMOUS FREDDY!!! I’ve heard about him for many years now, from many store managers, and via emails, but never met him face-to-face, till today.

Ordered online and went through the drive thru, picked up my order (which was incorrect by the way) and asked the staff for a water cup because there isn’t an option to do so online. She rudely responded with “we’re not supposed to do this but here” As if asking for a water to drink with my meal was an outrageous request.
I’ve been to multiple Chipotle locations and get a water cup every time I go, and this has never been an issue to any staff at the other locations.

So far I’ve had nothing but good experiences from this location
They’re new and training a whole new team, so there are moments where they’re slow or inconsistent — but overall I see a lot of promise.
I’ve gone 3 times in the last two weeks, specifically drive through. The portions have gotten bigger, the food tastes great and the service has always been kind (even if they seem to be rushing or running behind).
I hope they continue to do well and get better as the store is open longer. ✨

This is my favorite chipotle! The staff is incredible and super friendly! I eat here at least once a week. Food is always fresh, staff is always amazing, and the restaurant AND even outside are ALWAYS clean.

The staff was really rude. The person making our bowls was extremely hateful and kept giving me and my partner mean looks wnd had an extreme attitude when ordering. I have never felt so uncomfortable ordering food in my life. Meat was tough. I will not be going back.

If I could give zero stars I would. For starters, the staff are not only rude but they attempted to give me the shittiest portion of chicken I’ve ever had at a chipotle. I asked for a tiny bit more. They gave me a tiny bit more (which would have then equaled a full portion) and then tried to charge me for double meat. When I went to check out I told them it wasn’t double and they threw the bowl away and “remade” the shittiest bowl I’ve ever had. They gave me maybe 5 total pieces of chicken in my bowl and I only had rice, beans, and corn in it. Nothing else. They then tried to get an attitude with me over it when I was checking out. Screw this place and screw paying a billion dollars for it. Bad service, horrific portions, terrible pricing.

I normally don’t write reviews for chain restaurants. But looking at all the awful low ratings this place has recently got, I want to highlight my very positive experience today. The staff was friendly and they did not skimp on the ingredients. The place was clean both inside and outside. The taste and quality are as good as any other Chipotle.
