I want to say whoever was working tonight made my night.
I always ask for my pizza to be cut into squares, it helps me eat the pizza easily.
Someone finally looked at my request and cut the pizza the way I’ve been wanting it. It’s rare for it to happen.

The food is great but I don’t think that it is sanitary for them to prepare food without gloves. Man was using his bare hands to add toppings to my pizza after touching food bags and cardboard. Didn’t wash his hands at all! That is unsanitary on food production!

To begin I ordered 5 pizzas for delivery. When the driver arrived to my HOUSE ADDRESS, he called me from the curb…..so…I had my oldest son go grab the pizzas. There were only 4…ok….i go out to catch the driver and tell him the issue….he said he was only sent with 4 pizzas…ok….will I be refunded orrrrrr…..? He says they’ll probably just send your pizza….hm…..the first 4 were cold…..I can’t understand that because I live about 3 to 5 minutes from the store and it’s NEVER cold when I order carry out and go straight home….anyway…tried to call and couldn’t reach the store….when I did was put on hold for over 15 minutes….hang up call back no answer….lo and behold the delivery guy shows up again…with the same cold pizza that I originally ordered. Then to top it all off when I finally ate the missed and late pizza…I’ll be damned….FULL OF HAIR! Reflecting on the situation….when he brought the missing pizza back he actually came to my door step and had a smirk on his face…..completely different from first delivery. I know it was intentional ….the hair in my pizza, but it’s safe to say that I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM DOMINOS ON SOUTEL AGAIN….sadly this was our tradition….on Friday’s my kids and I order dominos pizza…..not anymore thanks to HEWLITTE …..the untrustworthy driver…..and I’m not sure of the brown haired person who let my pizza borrow their hair! So sickening . I’m just glad they did it to my pizza and not my kids cause they probably wouldn’t have even noticed smh. 0 stars if I could. I’d rather go to Little Caesars from here on out.

I’m more than certain that this person handles the customers the way he does because of the area. So I ordered a pizza. Pizza had no sauce and tots were cold and didn’t come with the ranch either. Was told if he remade it I’d have to return everything but he couldn’t do a refund. Also that if I called corporate he wasn’t remaking it either. I’m sorry, how is it my fault you messed up my order. I’m beyond angry! You messed up our dinner and then think you get to decide to do the bare minimum to fix even the very least. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE. I am including pics. Also I literally counted 8 cubes of chicken on entire large pizza.

They have became the worse with timing. The last 2 weekends my food was not ready at the time that was forecasted. They just pushed the time back over and over…over 30 minutes to make pizza. I understand being backed up one weekend but it’s a Sunday and 2 weekends in a row is ridiculous. They offer no kinda courtesy or anything for the extra long wait.

Almost every time I order from here the food is wrong. Or it’s just thrown together. Tonight it was the pepperoni pizza with black olives on half. I guess the assumed they only needed to put cheese on that half. I’ll go out of my way to go anywhere else at this point.

Ordered last Friday, 2/28/25, husband picked up pizza and one of the pizzas didn’t not have the extra toppings that were paid for. The pizza looked like it was thrown together. I ordered again this Friday, 3/7/25, and the cinnamon bread twists were overcooked, hard and barely had cinnamon icing on them. I will not be spending any more money with this Domino’s location.

Straight garbage- order a pizza for delivery for my wife while I was at work and they didn’t deliver the soda, the sauces were missing, and pizza was jacked up. The person delivering also sat in my drive way for 5 minutes on the phone before coming to my door. Lmao and I called the store several times and nobody even answers the phone. Like I said straight garbage
