Wanted brisket, they were out, wanted cheese on my “Smoke stack”.. they were out! The pulled pork is very dry, the mac and cheese was gritty.. The side of fries included about 8 fries! Doubtful I’ll be back.

We just moved to Knoxville and have only been to this location twice. Both times, our experiences were great. The food was consistently fresh and good, the restaurant was clean, and the customer service really stood out. The staff were welcoming, attentive, and clearly cared about providing a positive experience. Based on our visits so far, this is the only Dickey’s location in the greater Knoxville area we plan to go to. The service and hospitality is superb.

Got the family pack. Very disappointing. Their quality has really taken a nose dive. No jalapeno beans, BBQ beans look and taste like canned Bush beans, brisket cut wrong and over cooked, slices of bread instead of yeast rolls, the “Texas BBQ sauce” is just Buffalo sauce. If I wanted Buddy’s level of BBQ quality I’d order from Buddy’s and save myself $30.

This place used to be great but alas, no more. The last two times I’ve ordered baked potatoes they have been out. They offered to substitute with sandwiches, which currently cost almost $4 LESS than the potatoes. Gee, how generous. Also, getting a refund “takes a few days because they have to forward it to their manager”… oh, okay. So you cannot prepare my order, and you’re also going to hold my money hostage for as long as you want?

I shouldn’t be able to order a potato online if potatoes are not “in stock.” You should also be able to cancel my order and IMMEDIATELY process the refund. It’s 101. Geez, you guys are doomed.

My son loved his jalapeño sausage. I had the ribs. The end pieces were over cooked and very tough. That wasted two ribs. The remaining ribs were pretty good. I have had a lot better from there. The fried okra was great. I got a couple of pieces that were the top of the okra that were not edible.

Meat was room temperature when served, macaroni was so dry it looked like it had been sitting under a warmer for days, ice cream machine was being cleaned over an hour and 15 minutes before closing time. Contacted management and the manager essentially accused me of lying when I said that the meat was not served hot. When I asked for a refund, the manager got extremely defensive and would only offer me a 50% refund. He said that he could not refund my credit card remotely, so I had to come back to the store the next day. When I came in to receive the $24 refund that I was promised, the cashier handed me a $20 bill and said “he told me to give you this.” When I asked for the rest of the promised refund, I was told that I had to wait for the manager to come back. Once he returned, he walked past me, grabbed $4 from the register and handed it to me while walking back out without making eye contact or saying a word. I will not be back.

I ordered through uber eats. Ribs was so hard as if they was left out to dry for a week. Worse BBQ I have ever eaten in my life. Even if the food was free I still wouldn’t eat it. First time and last time.

Food is great. One of the best dickies I have eaten at. Service was great. They were very busy but kept things moving very well and very friendly staff. Will definitely be back next time I’m in the area. Highly recommend

What once used to be a great place for lunch nearby has turned into a BBQ joint that I will no longer visit.

The last 5 times I’ve gone they’ve been out of some form of food, or a major ingredient in the last 2 years.

They need to fire whatever manager is obviously not doing a great job at ordering food. Because walking to learn yet another menu time I had my mouth watering for is no longer available. To add, the pork and chicken seems to be dry each time my wife ordered it. This branch needs an overhaul
