Beware of this place. The person on the counter tried to charge me 15 dollars for footlong veggie delite with Chips and drinks combo. And that too after applying my rewards of 20% off and 4 dollars credit in subway app. On me questioning them, they said that state applies 1 dollar tax for heating/toasting the subway. Haven’t heard this before. After having them recalculated, the total was 8 dollars. Ofcourse she wasn’t happy about that and was upset about me trying to understand the amount breakdown.

Upon entering the establishment, I encountered some unfriendly and unhelpful workers that instantly killed my mood. Then, to add to the disappointment, I received a sandwich with hardly anything in it. I asked for extra and she charged me but still didn’t put little to nothing. Throughout the whole process, the worker seemed to have an attitude and acted as though she was in a rush. After my experience at this Subway, I’ve decided not to return. I wanted to share my thoughts so that you can avoid the same mistake I did.

I’ve been coming to this location on Fridays for my lunch. It’s never bad. They actually know me well and when I come, they say, “want the usual?” lol. Which is always the tuna. I just can’t get enough. Cashiers are always nice and the owner or manager is way cool. Most people have already tried subway before so you know what to expect. The store itself is kinda small. Only a few Sears available. And parking, at least at lunch time, is a hassle because it shares a big shopping center with Target and other stores.

Today Sunday. Went in and ordered a footlong. Two guys working. One customer ahead of me with a order of 3 or 4 sandwiches obviously different. Workers were having a hard time filling the order. They got to me and I had to repeat everything twice. I asked for Mayo on half of my footlong and he put it on the whole sandwich. I told him he made a mistake and he proceeded to remove the Mayo along with the bread with his fingers. Not Kool so I walked out. I’ve been there before on weekdays and never had a problem. Guess I won’t be going back on weekends.

Customer service needs to improve significantly. One of the ladies working here has a really bad attitude and doesn’t have a welcoming attitude, it’s very apparent she doesn’t like her job and takes it out on others.

The staff at this Subway location are always happy and helpful. Very fast and the sandwiches are the best. Nadia is a master sandwich maker. We only go to this location even though there are 3 locations that are closer to us.
