We’ve ordered from this subway a handful of times because it’s super close to our house, not one time has our order been correct.
Whether it’s not toasting the sub, not adding bacon or avocado that you extra pay for, or even just getting one made normal and having them forget to put any sauce on it. We even ordered once online and they told us after we went to pickup the order than an item we ordered had been discontinued, but they could refund us. It wasn’t a lot, but $12 is still $12. We even reached out to corporate a few times with absolutely no response, and the store refused to do anything about it. So, if you can hit another subway up and just ignore this one.

I am an avid subway customer, but sadly, I won’t be after my experience today. I had spoiled cucumbers on the three flatbreads that I bought. The Manager refused to give me a refund or any kind of store credit to make up for the inconvenience. She was blaming me as the customer as to why my food tasted spoiled and left a bad taste in my mouth, then asked me to take a photo of the cucumbers as if a photo was going to show the spoiled taste? Very disappointed in the customer service team and managers at Subway in Howland.

It’s typical subway but my daughter loves it. The food is always consistent, the service is usually consistent, and the atmosphere is always the same. We like it. It’s safe and consistent.

Today I honestly did not have any intention to stop at Subway, but something in my spirit told me to stop today. I have been really having a tough time lately and I went to order my sandwich. This young lady who was an angel on earth assisted me with my order. Her name is Ava. She was asking me about how I was doing and she could tell that I was down today. She encouraged me today and she also prayed for me. When my order was completed, she blessed me with my sandwich. I never expected to receive the blessings that I did today, but it was honestly something I really needed today. Just the whole situation was at the right place/right time for me. She was truly a blessing to me. Not because she blessed me with my sandwich, but because you could tell that she was truly genuine. I am a business owner and I exactly mirror to my customers daily what she was blessing me with today. It was so nice to see that someone was like me and wanted to make a difference to those that they interact with. It was more of a you had to be there moment, but I cannot tell you enough how much this young woman truly blessed me today. It was as if she was heaven sent to encourage me today. Thank you Ava for being such a blessing and I pray that God blesses you a hundred fold for your obedience and selflessness. Thank you truly for caring. God bless.

I’ve hit a good string of luck with this location. I’ve ordered online several times and every time the order was correct and perfectly made. Paid for extra meat and got it so I’m happy it looked good and tasted good and was ready on time. Will be back again I’m sure.
