Food wasn’t hot but omg at the service Mike gives at this location. He is a true gem and this location is lucky to have him. I would have given a 5 star if our fries and poppers and sandwich were hot and not more like room temp. However, Mike makes coming to this location a pure delight. He is so friendly and as cute as a button you just want to put him in your pocket. I love his energy and you can tell he loves his job. Arbys you are lucky to have Mike as part of your team.

On a drive up to Kentucky from Texas I stopped at this Arby’s located in a Love’s truck stop. All of the staff were super friendly and helpful, and I was wished to have a happy New Year as soon as I approached the counter which was also really nice and unexpected. The food was really good considering that it’s fast food, and I do mean fast. I ordered my meal and literally 30 seconds later the food was in my hands and I was walking to the table. You don’t get that kind of fast food even at Wendy’s or McDonald’s these days so that was another pleasant surprise. The only issue I had was the ketchup dispenser was empty when I got to the condiments station, but that’s a quick and easy fix. Overall this is a great little place to get a bite to eat and it’s highly recommended for long Road drives.

Bought my usual rueban..removed the wrapper and all I could think of is “where’s da beef” Seems like the are getting less meat at a really rapid pace .I try not to be real picky but at the price they cost I’m starting to feel like I’m getting screwed since 3/4 of the samwich is bread .Come on Arby’s ya gotta do better at the Malvern , Arkansas location.

The customer service is OK but the burger was raw which is kind of stupid. I know The cooks have timers in there and ways to make sure that burger is cooked right They’re not hard to cook at all, I’ve cooked at a steakhouse for four years in my life It’s not that hard to make sure a burger is cooked, stop trying to push our order as fast as you can, slow down and do it right

Food is usually good today was not. Unfortunately my roast beef and cheddar tasted like they poured sugar in the cheese sauce the fries were cold. This was at 11 am so they had just started service for lunch at 10:30 not sure what the problem was but I will not be back.

Halo at the register did an amazing job taking orders and laying them down in order for the crew to make the orders due to monitors not working, the crew was doing amazing job until the shift “supervisor” older black female that stepped in and just started wadding up the orders that were laid out in order for the crew to make them, then after wadding up the order receipts she handed out the wrong food to the wrong people, and even then they were coming back complaining that they didn’t get certain food. She wasted my 30 minute break just waiting for my order to be complete. She needs to either retire/ bump down or get re-qualified for supervisor position.

Don’t eat here. I ordered a breakfast wrap and while eating it i had a cockroach crawl out of the wrap and onto my hand. Absolutely disgusted.

Also, I’d like to specify i have no issue with the staff. Just the fact there was a roach in the food.

This has to be the worst Arby’s we have ever been to. I went in to order some lunch. I told the lady I just want two chicken wraps one barbecue one Ranch and that will be all. Then she stands there asking me if u want to buy some cookies and all this other stuff. I said no I just want two chicken wraps one barbecue one Ranch that is all. Then she goes do you want to donate I said no I just want my two chicken wraps. Then she goes on saying well can’t you find it in your heart to donate. what a freaking joke. I came in there to order some food.. I know what I wanted and I ordered what I wanted but for some reason she didn’t want to process my order. This lady working the front counter oh my god please get rid of her and hire someone that can do the job. I said cancel the order i left along withmy co driver that was behind me. We went to McDonald’s this was 11:30 a.m. Friday
