We order food to-go and asked for extra chips and salsa and offered to pay more. He said yes and gave us the extra salsa. When we went back he said we’d have to pay more for extra chips because we didn’t ask for them after paying $7 extra for salsa…. Now what did he expect us to do drink the salsa??? Pay $10 more dollars for bag of chips? Very rude and not helpful at all…

I have come across some Mexican restaurants, and I decided to take La Salsa a shot. When I walked in the place, I first met a friendly staff who works in the establishment, and then asked regarding reservations. No problems with that at all. It only took less than a minute for them to come and we got seated quickly. Then another one of the employees passed chips and it was pretty tasty! Before I got started with my order I got myself a drink, and bought some cheese dip! The cheese dip was a little cheesy, but it was pretty delicious with the chips! Soon after, I got started with the main order; I got some Birria Tacos, and they were stuffed with cheese, and also filled with that tasty and steaming hot meat. The tacos were overall very hot, a little cheesy and pairing with the sauce that goes for the tacos! The employee who was a waitress came back and asked if we needed anything else. All of the staff members made sure to make our experience and expectations at La Salsa great and overall it was a great experience. I will definitely come back and continue patronizing this establishment!

I ordered the chicken and steak fajita nacho, I also added shrimp. Steak was tough, so I would just recommend chicken or chicken w/ shrimp. But, you’ll be paying $1 per shrimp. Waitress told me it would be $3 for 3 shrimps, and then my options were “3, 6, or 9 pieces of shrimp”…funniest pricing I’ve ever experienced.
If you just choose to get the chicken fajita nachos, it’s tasty. I just hope your waitress has a great attitude, I found mine rude.

If value is more important than other metrics, this is the place to eat. Good size portions and menu prices that remind me of pre COVID. Service was good and they handled our larger group without issues.
