As others said – this Dunkin’ is very hit or miss. I ordered the same iced coffee a few days ago and today. A few days ago, it tasted almost perfect – today it tasted like straight cream and sugar. They also forgot the donut I mobile ordered. Might be a few bucks extra , but Rise Up seems to be the only consistent coffee place in this area anymore.

The morning staff is great but the girl who was there around 3 pm today, Cassidy, was awful. Friendly, but completely inefficient. I waited 15 minutes for my food because she sat there talking to people or starting one order before even finishing the next.

The girl in there today at 3:15ish, Brooke, was awful. I stood there for like 15 minutes and she didn’t even acknowledge me. There wasn’t even a line and only 2 people who were sitting inside at the time. She also had an awful attitude when finally taking and making my order.

I moved from another state, and no matter how many times I go here, I can’t seem to get my drink made the same way. I thought the beauty of these chains was that you get it the same no matter where you go, but I can’t seem to get my iced mocha to taste “right” for me. Everything else is pretty much the same. I haven’t had an iced tea that tasted like coffee yet and that used to be a big problem at other locations.

5 stars to Fruitland dunkin!! They always get my order right and know exactly what I get before I even ask! Very friendly and respectful staff, keeps me informed of new flavors of coffee that comes out. Now for princess Anne, berlin, and the other 3 salisbury locations never get my order right, they don’t have the product or they very rude and not customer friendly. I’ll stick to my Fruitland dunkin donuts staff!!

Management at all 3 in the Salisbury area need to be more accountable. I stop for coffee 6 days a week. Guaranteed my coffee will be wrong 4 of those days. If you complain, the manager will say mistakes happen or they are busy. Your job is to listen to me and give me what I ordered and paid for not what you feel like making. And 4 out of 6 is not a mistake, that’s a bad habit. And 5am your not busy…

I always visit this Dunkin’ if I’m going to the Fruitland Walmart. There’s always Friendly Staff, with a pretty clean restaurant. The iced coffee is always pretty good here. As for the food, I’ve never tried it at this location.
