Workers were rude when I called to ask about a refund for forgotten food from my order. The employees stated they were not sorry and would block my number so I couldn’t call the store. They called my number back on the stores phone and one of the employees phone. Very unprofessional and childish even for a Burger King.

Absolutely cannot get an order correct! Same excuse every time. Corporate is no help. Never have i been compensated for having to drive back. There are two Burger Kings in Hamilton, and this one is just as great as the other. Flame broiled burgers are great and the service is moderate. Food was hot and fresh, which is all that matters.

Every few months I let the intrusive thoughts win, and against my better judgement I visit a Burger King. Every time without fail I am reminded of why I seldom visit this horror of a franchise. From the chemical taste of the meat to the toast hard stale buns and the flaccid onion rings, not to mention the customer service, this franchise has consistently shown why in the past quarter of a century it has managed to climb only ten points higher in customer satisfaction. Any other business would undergo a major transformation in upper management after such a paltry performance. Not Burger King though. They continue to have no shame as they assault the taste buds of the world.
