The food is outstanding, thoughtfully crafted, fresh, and genuinely delicious. Every dish feels intentional, balanced, and made to be enjoyed slowly, whether you’re sharing plates or just need some relaxing time for yourself.
The wine selection is excellent, but what really elevates the experience is the knowledge and attentive staff. The customer service here is top-tier: warm, welcoming, friendly, and never pretentious. They make you feel comfortable whether you’re a wine enthusiast or just go there to relax and enjoy yourself.
The atmosphere is another big win. Cozy stylish, and inviting. It’s perfect for a date night, catching up with friends, or just unwinding after a long day. It’s the ideal balance of energy and intimacy that makes you want to stay longer than planned.
Graze on Main isn’t just a place to grab a glass of wine, it’s a full experience.
We actually started going to this place in the very beginning, when it was just a small kitchen in the back selling boxed cheese and fruit with bottles of wine. We watched it grow from those early days and continued going through all the ups and downs, understanding that new places often go through growing pains. We genuinely believed it would work itself out.
When things got going, it really was lovely. The atmosphere was welcoming and the service matched the great concept of a neighborhood bar/restaurant. Unfortunately, since the recent staff turnover, the experience has gone significantly downhill.
We’ve now visited twice recently, and both times we were treated as if we didn’t exist by the same few employees. The second visit was particularly frustrating. The place was very slow with plenty of open tables, yet we were seated and never even greeted by a server. No water, no acknowledgment, not even a quick “I’ll be right with you.” We sat there long enough to realize we were simply being ignored while the one table next to us received full service. The server would not even make eye contact with us. Very similar to our previous experience.
What made it even more uncomfortable was seeing other guests around us being greeted and served normally. It almost felt personal, as if we were the only table being overlooked. FOR THE SECOND TIME.
Hospitality is the most basic expectation when dining out, especially at a place that should feel welcoming and social. Instead, we felt completely invisible.
We also noticed that a new place from the same group is opening across the street. We had actually been looking forward to making that our regular weekly stop for wine and provisions, but after these experiences we truly hope the staff there is completely different.
We genuinely want to support local businesses in our community and had great experiences here when you first opened, which makes this decline even more disappointing. We hope management takes a serious look at the current service standards, because right now it’s a far cry from what this place used to be.
It’s one of a kind and is truly a perfect spot to just stop in for drinks to bottles, to relaxing and enjoying delicious food and your surroundings. I can’t recommend this place enough!
