Bojangles is too expensive to be giving out hard fries and biscuits! I have never in my 38 years had such terrible customer service! I’m not sure what’s wrong with people these days but I was always taught the customer is always right, even when they’re not right.

I got frustrated with the automated drive through so I went inside to order and was immediately told to wait (no other customers in the store) meanwhile, 3 of the employee’s were outside smoking, making me wait. I tried to send my son back in to order food for himself, this was well before nine o’clock ( ask Isaiah the manager at weaverville store, he was great, not able to help me because it was a different store but had amazing customer service ) and the door was locked. The dining room’s not supposed to close until 9, again, the weaverville manager can corroborate my experience.

All I wanted was some fries to be replaced.
And the two girls in the store were rude AND only replaced 2 of my fries with zero seasoning. So that was two times that I went back. At this point, my whole meal is cold, i called and asked the manager if she would replace our dinners because at this point they were cold. She told me no that she would only replace the fries. I went out to the Weaverville store for help, at least I got the seasoning for our cold fries. And like I said, the manager out there was great!

DO NOT GO TO MARS HILL BOJANGLES AT NIGHT, UNLESS YOU WANT OLD GROSS FOOD AND INCORRECT ORDERS!

My whole point is that that’s your job, i work too, and fast food is for nights you don’t feel like cooking, also, i’ve worked in customer service and food my whole life and I would have got fired if I pulled something like that in the early 2000’s!

We only get Bojangles when we head South for some reason and we looked forward to stopping by one of their restaurants on this trip.
Both of us ordered the two piece chicken dinner (drumstick and thigh) which comes with the biscuit and two sides. We each chose the dirty rice and my wife ordered the green beans and I got the coleslaw.
We were both very happy with our good. The chicken has a flavorful with a crisp coating (yes, it is different from KFC) and my wife enjoyed her green beans and I liked the coleslaw. The slaw was not soupy and did not have an overbearing flavor. We both loved the dirty rice. It has a little spice which brings just a little heat and I really liked the the flavor of the tiny pieces of sausage in the rice. A very enjoyable lunch in a ‘fast food’ situation.
Oh! Did I say fast food?
This was the down side. Thankfully, we were not in a rush. We got there just after 1 p.m. and there were already a group of people waiting on their food. After ordering, we joined them. Eventually , we sat in the dining room and sat down.
Also, it would have been nice to have butter to put on our biscuits. Out of butter.

2 nights ago at approximately 7:30 pm, I drove 20 minutes to get our dinner from Mars Hill Bojangles. I ordered a breast and wing dinner. I was informed by the cashier that they didn’t have any breasts prepared. So then I asked for a thigh and wing combo and was told they didn’t have any thighs prepared. She told me that the only chicken they had was wings and that I could order a 3 wing combo. So that’s what I did. I also ordered a 5 pc chicken tender and ordered 2 sides. Then I asked for one sweet potato pie and was again told that they didn’t have any prepared but I could wait 15 minutes. When I got to the window I was stunned that my bill was 25 dollars. The final blow was when I got gone, there were only 4 chicken tenders instead of 5. Truly a large disappointment.

Kind of awkward when you pull up to the drive thru window and the employee just starts handing you things without even saying hello , and continues to say nothing the entire interaction. Also jipped me on extra sauces, that I paid extra for. No utensils in our bag for our rice or coleslaw. Nary a napkin to be found either. A few weeks ago I saw an employee cooking as I was in the drive thru and she was VERY clearly tweaking out. Fun times!

Waited 40 minutes, never brought food and no employee could have cared less when I asked for a refund. They were not busy at all either . I never leave reviews but this really took the cake for one of the worst fast food experiences ever. I gave this bojangles grace the last 2 times I went and had similar experiences but this done it for me we definitely won’t be back.

We are locals and until recently ate here often. The food quality has became horrible here. The floors are always dirty in the kitchen (you can see that from the drive thru window). It’s never fresh and tastes old. After 3 attempts and nasty food we will not return. It’s sad considering we have such limited food choices in our county. Don’t waste your money here!

Staff is all very young, waited 50 minutes on a Cajun filet biscuit and steak biscuit. And you might as well forget trying to get food from there within 2 hours of closing time. They are out of everything and have no intention of making more.

This entire visit was beyond the pale: disorganized service, misinformation, missing items, unclean work areas, and apathetic staff. I left disappointed, frustrated, and frankly, grossed out. If this is the standard at Mars Hill BoJangles now, it’s a far cry from the restaurant I proudly named in 4th grade and the Southern hospitality the chain prides itself on.

Not a bad place to grab a quick bite when visiting Mars Hill. If you compare it to KFC you will be even more impressed. Staff was super nice. Not sure if this is this particular location’s charm or a branding initiative. Management even does table touches. Very welcoming.

Close the doors, what goes on there isn’t worth turning the lights on. 40 minutes after ordering and two dozen other customers coming and going, the pickup area cleared out, one of them asked what I was waiting on, I told them, two biscuit sandwich meals with bo-rounds, so they fixed mine, couldn’t find ticket, $16, no sweat tea, 45 minutes on the clock they sat bag on counter, it was correct, I told them to keep it, who gives a … and left. Won’t go back, Bojangles in Weaverville is worse, good chance your eating yesterday’s left overs there
