I’ve had good experiences at this Wendy’s. I appreciate that they have fish sandwiches and I love a frosty now and then. The inside of the restaurant is clean and the bathrooms are okay. The drive thru is pretty quick and I’ve never had an order be wrong thankfully. I like that you can substitute chili for fries.

About 6 months ago this place wasn’t too bad. But as of late it takes 15-25 minutes waiting for your food even if you put a mobile order thru. And when you do get your food it’s ice cold. It’s a shame and I’m going to chalk it up to being under staffed?

My pregnant wife ordered a spicy chicken ceaser and it had some sort of larval insect in it. My wife was extremely stressed out and vomited for the next four hours. I called the board of health so I’m sure they will be shut down eventually.

I’ve gone several times to this location, and I’m probably not going back. As others said, most of the time the staff is rude and it can easily take a long time to receive food. A few times I’ve received a wrong order, and today’s was the last. I ordered the Dave’s double meal, had to repeat the order, and I got home to find I got one beef patty despite the receipt showing that a double is what I paid for. I always look inside the bag to make sure the number of items is correct, but I shouldn’t have to unwrap a burger to count the patties. Some changes need to be made to this location.

For your own good, DO NOT ORDER FOOD FROM THIS WENDY’S LATE AT NIGHT IF USING A DELIVERY APP. The staff will simply not prepare it. You will wait, and watch the delivery time get pushed back later and later. Yout order will be assigned to a ghost courier, who will never come to your house. You will complain and get a credit on your order. You will go hungry, and the Wendy’s employees will continue to have a job despite being lazy.
There are other Wendy’s. Pretend this one doesn’t exist, and you won’t go hungry and have to beg for a refund.

I asked for my meals, and also an extra drink and a frosty. They forgot the frosty, forgot the extra drink, and tried to get me to pay again for the stuff I already paid for. Don’t use the drive through.
