The buffet was spotless! The manager on Sunday made sure it stayed that way, cleaning up immediately any time something fell out of place. The restaurant overall was very clean as well. Our pizza and salad were both fresh and delicious—we really enjoyed our visit! The only thing I would suggest is making the darker chocolate a full-time option; it’s so good!

The pizza was so old and dried out that the cheese looked like it was turning into mold. There were only two people in the restaurant and six employees and not said a word to us. They were too busy on their phones. They never changed the pizza and did not allow me to order a new one from the buffet. I feel like they stole my money. Do not go here. I worked for a Cicis in high school that actually cared. I will be calling corporate on this franchise to show them ALL the videos and pictures I took.

My family and I have been coming here for years but as of lately the new staff and management are unfriendly and condescending and beam their eyes at you while you’re trying to enjoy food . Abuelita would come by and clear the tables but the new people just stand there all hostile . The manager with the blue collar shirt wouldnt make us any pizzas or answer questions at all he needs to be removed he even made the kitchen workers uncomfortable and made them work extra hard despite the place being DEAD . We were the only fsmily in there yet he insisted on wasting product to make pizzas to just sit there. Don’t waste your money here any more.

The Games eat your tokens, a lot!! No credit card option. Yamie or Jamie was the young lady my 6 yr old grandson asked for help to get a slice of pizza. I was watching from the table near the desserts… I walked up and said it’s OK, She just didn’t hear you, I will help you. She then turns around and looks at us and I said my grandson was just asking for help. She said can you see what I’m doing and then turns her back to us and starts cutting a pizza, I said my grandson was just asking you for help but that’s OK. I got it, I’m helping him. She said “I don’t have kids” and then stared at me with a very mean look on her face. I then went to the cashier who was helping along the pizza line. She appeared to be the manager, America C. , black hair and glasses, and I told her this young lady was angry that my grandson asked for help, she didn’t want to help …she then told the manager that I was mad, I said look, I just was letting you know my grandson was about to shove a slice of pizza off the counter by accident and he asked for help and then the girl who was available to help said she was too busy cutting pizza and that she doesn’t have kids then she walked away and then she stared at me angrily

Any reply other than an apology would be an excuse or justification. Go ahead and check on your cameras, and you’ll see that I was kind every step of the way. I will be sending this review to Corporate as well.

With the coupon for Tuesday or Wednesday… this place can not be beat. I love that you can order a fresh person oannpizza of your choosing here with no extra charge. The salad bar is decent, but skip the noodles. It’s one of my sons’ favorite places to eat.

Went to this location the other day and had some issues with my card and i didnt have enough money so i asked if one of the to go drink could be removed and she said no. So i was suppose to get a refund for the 16.99 that was charged to my card but CICIS PIZZA REFUSES TO REFUND ME MY MONEY!!! If i wanted $17 worth of pizza i wouldve ordered togo i just wanted to eat with my kid and go finish our errands but NOW I HAVE TO DISPUTE THE TRANSACTION ON MY CARD SO I CAN GET MY $16.99 back. I WONT EVER GO TO CICIS AGAIN.. FORT WORTH CARES NOTHING ABOUT CUSTOMER SERVICE AND THIS IS CRAZY… talk about incompetence…

Food was really good. Anytime any food ran out, it was only a few minutes until they had the next fresh batch out. The staff was really nice and helpful as well. Clean dishes and tables. The only thing that was nasty were the women’s restroom. I’m glad I decided to use it until I was done with my meal cause I wouldn’t have wanted to keep eating after.

Update: the new manager and the skinny girl that works are rude and we will not be back. We usually come at least 2/3 times a month. But I will find a different one to go to. They tried to overcharge me, pizza is always old and they have an attitude when asking for a custom pizza, and the lady snatched the utensils out of my 3 yr olds had.
We love cici’s pizza b/c we can customize our pizzas. The staff is always nice and helpful.
