Honestly a great Thai place.
Forest of the service was really good, nice people, good vibes.
Atmosphere was chill for a Wednesday night. Not too many people, no wait.
Food itself was delicious, tried variety of dishes including pad see ew, 2 curries, chicken dish and it was all really good.
Would definitely recommend!

Madam Mam’s has been a go-to for solid Thai food in Austin for good reason — the flavors are on point, the curries are well-balanced, and the pad thai hits the spot. This location is convenient, service is friendly, and the atmosphere is casual enough for a quick weeknight dinner.
The one thing I keep noticing, though, is that the portions seem to be shrinking visit by visit. What used to feel like a generous plate that could carry you through the evening now barely qualifies as a full meal. I’m not sure if it’s a cost-cutting measure or just inconsistency in the kitchen, but it’s hard to ignore when you’re leaving a Thai restaurant still hungry.
The food quality is still there — I just wish the quantity matched the price. For now, I’d suggest skipping the appetizer budget and putting it toward a second entrée, because you might need it.
Worth visiting, but temper your expectations on the portion front.

Love this little spot in the hill country for Thai food! Very great service and a huge menu! I highly recommend the Pad Sea-Ew and it was cooked to perfection! I don’t really care for spice but I got it mild and it was the perfect level. The only small issue was how hot the restaurant was! Made the spicy food more intense! Other than that it was a great meal! Very authentic! Ohh and the mango sticky rice is some of the best I’ve ever had!

Madam Mam’s Thai Cuisine West at Bee Cave Galleria is an absolute gem. From the moment you walk in, you’re welcomed with friendly service and a warm, inviting atmosphere that makes you feel right at home. The staff is attentive, kind, and always happy to help with recommendations or spice-level preferences.
The food is consistently outstanding—fresh, flavorful, and beautifully prepared. Every dish we’ve tried has been full of authentic Thai flavors, from perfectly balanced curries to savory noodles and delicious appetizers. You can really taste the care and quality that goes into each meal.
Whether you’re stopping by for a casual lunch or a relaxed dinner with family and friends, Madam Mam’s never disappoints. It’s our go-to spot for Thai food in the Bee Cave area, and we always leave satisfied and excited to come back. Highly recommended!

I ordered the madam rolls and Thai basil fried rice as an introduction to this establishment base of taste, the quality of food, and the portion value. The madam rolls are miniature fried vietnamese egg rolls. Although decent it was less than expected for the price and I wanted more. For example, the usual fried egg roll, 1, would be larger than the 2 madam eggrolls received. They are better with the sauce then without it. The basil fried rice was ordered with chicken as the main protein and an extra portion of squid as the second protein. The rice was well cooked, had a bit too many large slices of white onion and green beans as a substitute for the carrots generally used in a fried rice. The flavors/textures incorporated worked well although the chicken and squid were a bit sparse throughout. They do a combination of small sized peices and slivers/slices of chicken. The extra squid was around 4-5 peices for an additional $3.00. Was it worth $17 for the basil fried rice? No. You will enjoy the rice/vegetables while missing the protein that you’re expecting and paid for. The serving size is enough for 1 person, but not really filling enough to justify the price. For this price I have always had leftovers, at least half, for a late snack encounter. The madam rolls were good, but not memorable enough at the price of $4/5 per order of two. This experience had me wanting more and left me getting high off the memory of other Thai food experiences. I had something to eat, and it was decent, but I am not full after spending $25. The service was a bit backed up and delayed. I was offered condiments, but utensils were not included and I prefer using chopsticks when eating asian cuisine. Thankfully I had extra from traveling or I would have had to eat with my hands. Nonetheless, it was a decent snack, but left little desire to return overall in a myriad of ways.

I’m a big fan of Thai cuisine. Of all the Thai restaurants Ive been to, I can’t name one that is worse than this. It’s like the cook heard about someone described Thai food, but never seen or taste one. The food here may even look somewhat like Thai-ish dishes, but the taste is quite indescribably far off. Proportions are huge, but don’t make up for quality. Waitresses were quite rude and unhelpful also. It’s the first time I walked out of a restaurant without eating much at all (and paid a full price). I’ll pass.

Decent place with good vegetarian options. The iced tea was little less sweet for our taste and the lychee fizzy drink has no lychee flavor.
Tofu satay was little salty but when eating with the peanut and sweet sauce it tasted good.
Pineapple fried rice was average
Wife loved the khoi soi which was spicy for me.
Mango sticky rice was also middle of the pack. Have had many which were better from other places

I will eat here every single time I’m even near Bee Cave! I might even make a special trip when I’m not near Bee Cave! The street pad thai is probably the best pad thai I’ve ever had! It’s so delicious! It’s probably a good thing I live far away because I’d be eating here every other day! Definite recommend!

✅ Delicious pineapple fried rice! I haven’t had one this good in many years. They used high quality ingredients which made the dish wholesome. The sweet and spicy chicken wings/ thighs are also a must-try!
✅ Swift, friendly and attentive service!
✅ I love the high ceiling and windows which creates a spacious and tranquil atmosphere.
❎ I didn’t like the noodles of the Drunken Noodles (Pad Kee Mao). It didn’t taste fresh and soft. I’ve had much better quality noodles specific to Pad Kee Mao.

I ordered two boxes of noodles for takeout. When I opened the boxes, I saw half of the box was empty (in both boxes). They actually divided one order into two boxes! What a shameful way of saving money! You saved may be $13 by doing this, but lost a loyal customer.
