Reviews
She guided me through the catering options and offered creative ideas to make the event even more special. Justine was very open and honest about the food and expectations, and she asked all the right questions to ensure everything turned out perfectly.
When I say she went above and beyond, I truly mean it. When we picked up the food, she surprised us with stickers to decorate our cups and even small souvenirs like keychains. Her attention to detail made such a difference for us.
Please extend my heartfelt thanks to Justine and her team — their kindness and care made our celebration unforgettable.
The portion given here is definitely less than the other pandas I’ve been to.
I’ll return regardless.
I was charged $1.50 up scale for the Walnut Shrimp. She asked it was ok and I said sure. I the girl why for the up sale on shrimp and what does it mean? She told me the shrimp and steak are considered premium. They even separated on the menu from the othe other entrees. I definitely wasn’t prepared for what I got.
The up sale of $1.50 is a totally a complete rip off. You mean to tell me this is how you charge for shrimp and steak entrees? Now look at the other dishes I ordered. Make it make sense?!
The number of shrimp which is 7, white rice under cooked, the tops for the fountain drinks isn’t even secure…they barely fit, literally. The girl almost spilled my drink passing it to me because the top came off. She had to take it back to exchange the top. When I got home the drinks leaked around the rim. Drinks were in the cup holder.
We asked for teriyaki sauce on the side, me for my rice and then for the teriyaki chicken and I’m seriously dissapointed with the amount that was in these packets. They are maybe half of the scoops that y’all use when putting it directly on the chicken and we were only given two. (Just stopped typing to check, they are only 1 oz!) If giving these packets on the side, y’all should definately throw in an extra packet or two just in case since y’all aren’t using the 2oz soufflé cups anymore. That much should have been more than obvious. 1oz is not equal to 2oz
Also, is it just me or did the portion size of the entree in the bowls go down? It did all fall to one side on the car ride home but even then it seems like it was all rice and barely any orange chicken. Very dissapointed in my bowl, especially when my the plate was perfectly fine and great portions. It’s hard not to feel like my bowl and my request for teriyaki on the side were purposely done messed up when I was really nothing but nice and respectful to the employees, even if I was thrown a bit off with their demeanor.
The good news I guess is we both tried the Beijing beef for the first time and we liked it, and the food was also just as tasty as always. That being said, if I go to Panda Express I’m not going to this location anymore, I’ll stick to the one at the beach when I happen to be on that side of town. Honestly it was such a dissapointment. When I’m in Town Center I’ll just go somewhere else, there are plenty of other places there to eat that won’t make me feel as uncomfortable as this interaction did.
Edit: Just read another person’s review from three hours ago, which would have been a bit after we got our food, and it was talking about how the workers were eye-rolling and rude. It seems we weren’t tripping and the workers really were being rude to us. That’s absolutely ridiculous you allow your workers to ruin people’s experience like that. That’s a one way ticket to loosing business because I’m never going back to that Panda again and sure will warn others about it so they don’t have to go through the same thing. Do better.
