I planned a Panda Express–themed party for my husband since he absolutely loves your food! When I arrived at the location, Manager Justine Criollo was incredibly friendly, helpful, and professional.

She guided me through the catering options and offered creative ideas to make the event even more special. Justine was very open and honest about the food and expectations, and she asked all the right questions to ensure everything turned out perfectly.

When I say she went above and beyond, I truly mean it. When we picked up the food, she surprised us with stickers to decorate our cups and even small souvenirs like keychains. Her attention to detail made such a difference for us.

Please extend my heartfelt thanks to Justine and her team — their kindness and care made our celebration unforgettable.

I learned my lesson, not to order a 12 piece Rangoon again. Every time I’ve ordered it so far I’ve received bags of 3 Rangoons with a label that says 12… it is the fourth time. We order 12, receive 3, but label says 12. I called as soon as I received it at 7:38pm on 2/17/2026 and the phone just kept ringing until it said “sorry we missed you” and hung up without a voicemail option. Is this so less has to be made? Or is the order accuracy just bad with this item?

The food here is quite tasty and one of the lady cashiers is really really nice. The guy is ok but he scoops noodles in my plate and then takes some of it out! Bad practice. I really think that’s very bad customer service there. The chicken teriyaki is very freshly cooked. The place is clean.
The portion given here is definitely less than the other pandas I’ve been to.
I’ll return regardless.

This was our first time going to Panda at Town center, it was a terrible decision. For the adult meal, the amount of teriyaki chicken was not even one whole chicken breast… Yet we ordered a double portion. The kids meal was $6.80 and you barely get any meat they only filled up half of where the protein goes. This was the biggest waste of money. It doesn’t matter how nice there are employees are if I don’t get what I pay for it is a terrible experience. To get less than an entire chicken breast when I ordered double teriyaki is a complete ripoff in paramount to theft by deception… They spread it out in a nice way that you did not notice how little food was actually there until you got home. They were quite practiced at concealing the fact that you got only half of the protein you paid for.

Really disappointed. My food was extremely soggy and clearly not fresh. On top of that, someone else who ordered at the same time had the same issue, so it wasn’t just a one-off plate. Everything tasted like it had been sitting too long or was packaged poorly. Panda Express is usually consistent, but this location seriously missed the mark. Definitely not worth the money, and I won’t be returning.

I was surprised at how busy it was tonight, considering it’s Monday. There was a line at the drive-thru but I could see that everyone was being taken care of quickly and efficiently by Ethan. He was running the window and doing a great job at being polite and friendly. I had quite a large order and I didn’t have to wait as long as I normally do. The food tasted great!

1st time coming to this location. I was shocked when I got the total of my order…until I got home.

I was charged $1.50 up scale for the Walnut Shrimp. She asked it was ok and I said sure. I the girl why for the up sale on shrimp and what does it mean? She told me the shrimp and steak are considered premium. They even separated on the menu from the othe other entrees. I definitely wasn’t prepared for what I got.

The up sale of $1.50 is a totally a complete rip off. You mean to tell me this is how you charge for shrimp and steak entrees? Now look at the other dishes I ordered. Make it make sense?!

The number of shrimp which is 7, white rice under cooked, the tops for the fountain drinks isn’t even secure…they barely fit, literally. The girl almost spilled my drink passing it to me because the top came off. She had to take it back to exchange the top. When I got home the drinks leaked around the rim. Drinks were in the cup holder.

The food was very good. We like everything we ordered. It’s a very quick meal. Everything is ready to go. They load your plate with your choices, then you pay for it and off to your table. Kind of a fun way to eat.

The lady at the counter had a bit of an attitude, like she seemed annoyed when we talked to her or asked questions, it made us super uncomfortable. The only way I can explain it is it was like she didn’t want to be there and we were a inconvenience. Her movements were kind of aggressive and she even dropped one of the spring rolls when trying to put it in the bag (from what I was told). Hoping that wasn’t really the case but that is exactly how we felt, we even talked about it in the car because we were confused.

We asked for teriyaki sauce on the side, me for my rice and then for the teriyaki chicken and I’m seriously dissapointed with the amount that was in these packets. They are maybe half of the scoops that y’all use when putting it directly on the chicken and we were only given two. (Just stopped typing to check, they are only 1 oz!) If giving these packets on the side, y’all should definately throw in an extra packet or two just in case since y’all aren’t using the 2oz soufflé cups anymore. That much should have been more than obvious. 1oz is not equal to 2oz

Also, is it just me or did the portion size of the entree in the bowls go down? It did all fall to one side on the car ride home but even then it seems like it was all rice and barely any orange chicken. Very dissapointed in my bowl, especially when my the plate was perfectly fine and great portions. It’s hard not to feel like my bowl and my request for teriyaki on the side were purposely done messed up when I was really nothing but nice and respectful to the employees, even if I was thrown a bit off with their demeanor.

The good news I guess is we both tried the Beijing beef for the first time and we liked it, and the food was also just as tasty as always. That being said, if I go to Panda Express I’m not going to this location anymore, I’ll stick to the one at the beach when I happen to be on that side of town. Honestly it was such a dissapointment. When I’m in Town Center I’ll just go somewhere else, there are plenty of other places there to eat that won’t make me feel as uncomfortable as this interaction did.

Edit: Just read another person’s review from three hours ago, which would have been a bit after we got our food, and it was talking about how the workers were eye-rolling and rude. It seems we weren’t tripping and the workers really were being rude to us. That’s absolutely ridiculous you allow your workers to ruin people’s experience like that. That’s a one way ticket to loosing business because I’m never going back to that Panda again and sure will warn others about it so they don’t have to go through the same thing. Do better.
