Update: August 2025 went back for free meal and was very pleased. The sandwich was huge and quite tasty as were the curlu fries. And the gals at the counter were awesome
Horrible food. Curly fries burnt and not even filled the package. Sanwich dry and just slammed together. Very disappointed even with a coupon. Not worth it at all.

So I have ordered here 3 times in the last few months and this place has ISSUES. The first time, I was given the wrong order. Order was also SUPER cold. I called the store and told them I got the wrong order, they did everything to make it right. Great. The next time, no issues at all. I ordered again recently and the food made me sick and our order was messed up again. I live 5 min from the store so even if I show up 10 min later the food should still be hot. Alas, it was not. It was cold upon pick up and worse when we got home. Reheated in the microwave. Noticed our modifications were not honored. Ate the food anyways since we were hungry. Both extremely nauseous and on the toilet all night and much of today. Perhaps food should be prepped upon arrival like most other places do, or they give you a 10 min window to get there so you’re not sitting with cold food that will make you sick.

The employees are pleasant but there is still no dine in. I stopped to try one of the new burgers this time, I’m not impressed. The flavors are there but texture was offputting. I’ll stick to juicy bar burgers elsewhere. I do really love the crinkle fries though! Ill continue to visit this location, I just won’t get a burger.

Stopped here on lunch and don’t regret it. I ordered the Greek gyro meal and it was delicious. Service was quick and and the order taker was efficient.

Came here around noon on a Saturday through the drive thru. Ordered two of the classic roast beef meals medium. I was told to pull off to the side because they were waiting for fries. They come out about 5 minutes later and give me the food. Drove about 30 minutes away to eat at a park. I pull out the fries and the containers are not even half full. Nobody was eating them on the way either.
Why bother asking if someone wants a small, medium, or large or have them wait on fries just to get short changed. I don’t care how busy you are you still need to give people what they paid for.

Good service and food, but everytime I order mozzarella sticks, they forget the marinara sauce. I specifically mention it so they don’t forget.

I haven’t been to an Arby’s in probably 15-20 years. Thought we’d try it out again. Probably won’t go back but not because of this restaurant- just in general- not that good. And it was expensive. I wanted to try the chicken wraps in the value menu because I heard they were like McDonald’s and they are pretty good. Come in 3 flavors: ranch, honey mustard, and BBQ. They were pretty tasty. Curly fries were just okay but I’d go back just for the mozzarella sticks!! Everything else was mid. Sandwich / dip and gyro not great- not a lot of flavor. They restaurant in particular was clean and well-maintained, I just don’t think I’m an Arby’s person. Also, was not expecting to pay $30 for 2 people to eat dinner here. I guess inflation?

We had roast beef sandwiches, fries, and soda. The sandwiches were very good. The fries were hot and crispy. The restaurant was not busy. We received our order quickly. The restaurant was clean.
