My mom called and asked if they had any ice cream cakes because it was my birthday today and she had a mishap with the cake at home. The person on the phone said there were three left and they weren’t willing to hold one. We got there and there were TONS left. Then they asked if my mom wanted it written on. She said yes… I’ll attach a picture. I’d say don’t quit your day job but I’m pretty this is his day job. We were slightly disappointed. Thankfully the cake will still taste good

The food was fresh and delicious, ordered a chicken tenders and blizzard, both were great. Fast and the young man behind the counter was friendly and got our order in and we didn’t feel rushed. Only downside was a lot of the tables were dirty. Otherwise would recommend this place.

Disappointing unfortunately is how I would describe our stop. The young woman at the register was a bit confused when we asked to swap a soda for a shake with the meal and I asked for onion rings instead of fries but they instead gave me fries with the meal and separate onion rings which cost me an extra $5. We were never asked if it was for here or to go either so we just received it as dine in which we didn’t plan on doing but at that point we didn’t want to say anything else we just wanted the food and to go. Sadly the onion rings were lukewarm at best and kinda bland. The burger was fine but nothing amazing. My girlfriend got cheese curds with her meal and 2 of the “curds” didn’t even have cheese in them somehow. I’m not even sure how that’s possible. Also we never asked for extra ranch but got and was charged for extra ranch. Generally I hope this was just a bad day for them and usually the quality of the food and service is better. Best part of my meal was the fries I didn’t even want originally. One word to describe this stop would be ‘confusing’.

The guy taking my order wasn’t willing to take my coupon and it wasn’t expired. I will not come back because he was unprofessional and so was the manager on duty. I went Culver’s after that and they took my coupons just fine! You lost a customer! The hospitality and customer service has lacked in the last year. You did better during covid shut down! Won’t be back!!!

So first walking in, no greeting, just a stare. I asked how the man was doing he said he was good…. Wasn’t really convincing. I asked for a recommendation and the guy just shrugged his shoulders…..
It would be nice to try and change up the atmosphere a bit…. Failure on the hospitality for sure, like 100%. Food was good. Service was terrible. Sorry but do better, and learn that people come to your business to pay for your food.

Management needs to seriously retrain their staff. The customer service here is consistently rude and unprofessional. It honestly makes you wonder what the hiring standards are.

A HUGE shout out to Brandon, he was wearing a red shirt and a hat, got half way to DQ when I realized I forgot my wallet and all I had on me was a $10. O was wanting to get my 9 year old daughter a kids meal. When I got there the meal was more than what I had and I had to cancel the blizzard I ordered. Brandon said if he could he would’ve bought it and I assured him that’s kind but not necessary. Ask me to pull forward and a few minutes later came to the car with my daughter’s meal and a blizzard. He told me he was able to get an approval from his manager and wanted my daughter to enjoy it. Brandon, you’re AWESOME buddy! Thank you for making my daughter’s day! She devoured the blizzard! YOU ROCK BUDDY! Give him a raise management. FOR REAL!

Honestly the best tenders and ranch I’ve ever had. Good burgers and ice cream too. The inside is a bit unkept but not so bad you can’t enjoy a meal inside

They gave me the completely wrong burgers and there wasn’t any cheesecake pieces in my cheesecake blizzard. This is the second time I have been here with issues. Won’t be coming back.

Food is always great too but this review is aimed especially for their cake making services. I always get my cakes made here for my kids birthdays and special events and I just had one made again on Sunday. They knocked it out of the park once again. Wonderful work!
