I’ve seen a drive through in Clayton, not Arby’s, that was so indecent I would hate for my wife to have seen what I saw.
I say this because Arby’s is not like that. Arby’s employees always act like adults. They are always competent, courteous, and professionally predictable. They do a great job.
This is probably why they consistently have great food. I love the roast beef sandwich. Perhaps two classic size with Arby’s sauce, which I could drink. I enjoy trying everyone’s mac and cheese. Arby’s mac and cheese is not inexpensive. But, it is the best in the world!
My wife has turned me on to the summer orange creamsicle drink. And it is so good. Most sweets are not worth the calories. But this orange creamsicle is!

I had a very pleasant experience at this location. Staff was really nice, food was very fresh, milkshake was milky. You get the point. I’ve been here 15 times now and every time the staff is very polite.

Got the Greek Gyro and sweet tea. Gyro was outstanding, just the right amount of sauce ( lots). Cut the sweet tea in half and it was just right. Definitely would stop again for the Gyro.

First time visiting this location. Food was good and we got our order in a timely manner. Thank you Naija for the great customer service. We couldn’t decide on which kind of sauce we wanted. She helped us out by suggesting one of her favs. She was so patient and looked like she was happy to be there.

This location by far has the best customer service I’ve ever experienced with fast food. They are consistently pleasant and the RBCs are always hot and fresh. Love you Arbys crew of zeb.

I went today to get curly fries and cheese sticks. I used to eat Arby’s years ago. I’ve lived in this area for 5 years and I’ve never been to this location before. Well after today, I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO ARBYS EVER AGAIN. Tried 1 hard cooked curly fry and wanted a refund. The black lady with two huge Afro puffs working in the food industry asked me how many did I eat. I told her one as I proceeded to take it out of the bag. I handed it to her and she brought me crinkle fries. I told her I didn’t ask for that I asked for a refund. Naija Williamson a manager comes to front and tells me they do not give refunds because it’s no fault of theirs. You literally cooked the curly fries straight and hard. The cheese sticks were nasty as well. Never again, $8 wasted. I’ll be glad when Arby’s shuts down. Who is keeping this place in business? Incompetent employees, poor customer service, no refund and unsanitary food preparation with hair exposed NO THANKS

The crew here is very disrespectful manager included! We pulled up to the speaker and tried to order and the girl on the speaker said they were out of roast beef. So we went to order something different and she didn’t answer the speaker box. So we drove to the window and the girl said they closed early and “she tried to tell us that at the speaker box”. We then tried to figure out how to find out their hours when they’re gonna close early if we can’t trust the hours online or the hours posted. Then the manager started spazzing about how “his boss just texted him to close.” Very disappointing. Had to go through McDonalds and praise the Lord they were open or I’d have to figure out how I’m gonna feed my grandchild.
