Food was all stone cold, looks like the burgers and chicken sandwiches shrunk. The advertising for the munchies meal needs to state that it’s the size of a junior chicken sandwich instead of it being the regular combo sandwich size it should be. The Jumbo Jack I ordered was also a junior when I should have been a regular size burger. I’m very disappointed, Y’all need to do better on the quality for sure.

Don’t get your hopes up with this place. The staff clearly doesn’t know how to listen, and it shows. I was trying to review my order, and the woman at the counter was incredibly condescending and dismissive—as if she was being inconvenienced. She kept insisting the order was correct, only for me to get home and find it was still wrong.
This wasn’t just any order either—it was for my daughter’s slumber party, so accuracy really mattered.

I ordered a southwest salad with grilled chicken, got a southwest salad with a frozen piece of meat that tasted old, called the store 3 times till finally someone picked up the phone, once I explained the issue they agreed to exchange the item for crispy chicken to make sure that it was not cold, once I drive 2 miles back to the restaurant they handed me the chicken only, I asked for a full exchange since the previous salad was already mixed the young lady in the front had to get permission from the manager on duty to exchange the salad, BTW she didn’t even wanted to give me dressing for the salad I had to ask, the restaurant made me feel that I was begging for a good service, it is sad that we don’t have many choices around, more after working 12 hr shift ☹️

I tried the spicy munchie meal for the first time. I asked for no jalapenos and to sub the toast for a bun. (I really wanted the onion rings with melted cheese mostly). They took the onion rings off and left the jalapenos and I really can’t have spicy food. I was already home when I realized, so it was my fault for not checking. I removed the jalapenos and began to eat the sandwich. It was so hard to take a bite out of it! The chicken tasted weird and was completely overcooked. I really didn’t want to waste my money so I tried to get past it, but I had to just stop when I hurt my tooth. I’m so irritated and wish I could get a refund! In the photo, you can see how I had to bite really hard to bite some chicken, which pulled apart like jerky!
