We enjoyed the three-course lunch, which featured delightful opening and closing treats. The food is exceptional – creative, balanced, and full of surprises. Their foamy hummus starter is pure genius. With impeccable service in a quiet, elegant setting, Granite offers one of the best-value Michelin experiences in Paris at just €58. Beware that they do charge €10 for a simple latte.

We had an awesome experience in the restaurant.
The food was innovative, touched every sensory aspect of a human being possible.
Presentation, color, texture, smell and most importantly the taste. We were full to our eyeballs.
We did not go for the wine pairing because we are not that big on wine. We just ordered a couple of glasses from what he recommended. They took 2 hours to complete the entire course. 2 hours very well spent. KUDOS to the team.

My husband and I had a wonderful experience at Granite on a rainy weeknight in late November. Even without a reservation, Tom kindly accommodated us at the basement counter and recommended a wine that perfectly suited our taste. We chose the eight-course menu, which was a delightful surprise—thoughtful, refined, and beautifully balanced. Throughout the evening, we could see the care and precision with which the staff executed their craft. We were exceptionally well taken care of, with Sara presenting each course with charm, warmth, and professionalism. Between the creativity of the cuisine and the genuine hospitality, the experience felt both elevated and welcoming. We would happily return to indulge again in their food creations and gracious service.

Had a wonderful lunch at Granite. Food was delicious without being fussy. Staff were unbelievably friendly and the head chef gave the 8 year old in our group a tour of the kitchen! Accommodated dietary requirements with no problem. Would definitely recommend and visit again.

We had a fantastic dining experience at Granite in Paris. The restaurant offers a tasting menu that highlights seasonal ingredients with a lot of creativity and precision. Each dish was beautifully plated and perfectly balanced in flavor, showing why the restaurant has earned its Michelin star. The wine pairings were very well thought out, and the sommelier explained them with just the right amount of detail without overwhelming you.
The staff were professional, friendly, and attentive throughout the evening, making the experience smooth and enjoyable. The interior is modern and elegant but without being stiff and it feels welcoming.
Portions were well-paced, and the entire meal lasted around two hours, which felt just right for this kind of fine dining.
Granite is ideal for anyone looking to enjoy elevated cuisine in Paris without an overly formal atmosphere. Overall, a memorable experience and one I would gladly return to.

There were quite a few gnats flying around inside, which made it very hard to enjoy the meal. On top of that, I found a hair inside one of the fried dishes. I mentioned it politely, but there wasn’t really a sincere apology. They brought out an “extra dish” for the person who got the hair, but it was basically just reheated vegetables. To be honest, once I saw the hair, I completely lost my appetite.
The pacing was also very slow—each course took more than 30 minutes, and the whole meal ended up lasting over 3 hours. The explanations of the dishes were difficult to understand, which made the experience even less enjoyable.
Most importantly, the food itself was very disappointing. By the time a new dish arrived, I felt uneasy about even tasting it. Overall, I left feeling that the experience did not match the reputation, and it really wasn’t worth the money.

Dined here in May 2025 for lunch before visiting the Louvre museum a stone throw away. Excellent, attentive service. Dishes were well executed and overall we felt comfortable and satisfied with the entire experience.

One of the most incredible food experiences I’ve ever had. The service was impeccable and the atmosphere was modern and chic. They contacted my dairy and gluten allergy without sacrificing the experience or taste. I cannot recommend Granite enough. It’s a 100/10 dining affair.
