Hands down some of the best Mexican food I’ve had IN THE STATE OF OREGON!
I was born and raised in California. I’ve tried all sorts of restaurants, taco trucks, street side taco vendors. This is some of the freshest tasting, very well quality Mexican food I have had in a while.
I’m not local to Portland but I am glad my Apple Maps recommended this as one of the local Mexican food options. I will recommend this to anyone who is looking for quality food.
The Service was good, friendly people working. The man who handed me my food was very polite.

WHERE IS THE MEAT????Got a California burrito with carne asada…..literally one piece of carne asada and mainly rice and papas…Food was cold and not flavorful at all.What the hell is this!!! I’ve been going to this food truck for 4 years now! Located on PSU campus and is one of my fav spots for affordable GOOD food. Portions are BIG and FLAVOR PACKED. Highly recommend the quesabirria (pictured is the leftovers from two people munching on it). Their breakfast burritos are huge and same with the rest of the burritos. My cheap treat myself meal is their bean cheese and rice burrito. Yum yum yum will continue supporting this business.

I have gotten food from here multiple times and I believe it’s really good as well as the drinks. The price I think is pretty good considering the portion sizes. Compared to other places I’ve been it is up there on my list of places to go. Now when I find myself downtown it’s one of my go to places. There is no seating so it’s definitely a grab and go kind of place. Fortunately though the waterfront is close by.

I’d give my firstborn child to eat this quesabirria again. I’ve never eaten such good Mexican food in my life. I don’t know if you’re supposed to drink the dipping sauce afterwards but I did, it’s so savory.

I am so thankful for this cart. When I work in the area, I always make sure I come here. The burritos are delicious, especially the Chicken Chipotle, and they are huge! You totally feel like you’re getting your moneys worth. The quesadillas and tacos are great too. And there are always very, very friendly people taking your order. Which always makes me want to come back again and again.

Portions match the prices decent food that Cubana torta was really good however, most of the dishes have radishes and when I asked for a side of radishes, I was told no so they definitely don’t get a five star for not supplying a $.20 portion of radishes
