Not once but twice in one night got my order wrong. Ordered online and picked up in the drive thru. Drove to my destination about 10 minutes away got my family set up to eat and watch a parade only to open my items and find them inedible for me. I called in immediately and the manager wrote down my order and information and informed me to come back this evening or anytime. I came back about 2 hours later and went inside. They wrote down how I ordered it and worked on fixing the mistake. Took my daughter to use the restroom and was given my “fixed” order right after. I then happily drove home thinking I would be able to sit down and at least eat only to open my food and have in messed up exactly the same as it was the first time. I come here fairly often and have had a couple minor mistakes happen here and there as to be expected, but twice in once evening is downright ridiculous. Hopefully this doesn’t happen to others. I’ll be taking a break from eating here for a while I think.

I doordashed some food because I’m 9 weeks pregnant and home with my other two toddlers. Once again they “don’t have” the oreo shake. My dasher asked what other flavor I’d like, then the store changed what they said and said the machine was down altogether. Dasher said they wouldn’t replace it for something else and I wouldn’t get a refund either. 5.99 for the second time, no refund from the store or doordash either time even with screenshots showing the dasher telling me they don’t have the shakes.

Went through drive up. There was one car ahead of me and I got to the window and paid, and I had to wait, which was no problem. I was expecting to get warm food. I was disappointed then I asked if I had the receipt and they asked, oh yes, it’s in the sack, it wasn’t in the sack, so once I realized that I had to stay out in the parking lot And get it to my app , .. For some reason, I knew they had a little trouble with my card. I think, and now I had a hard time getting into my app. So I spent time in the parking lot and got into my account and found out that the charge went through. It was just simpler than going in and saying, Hey, not only is your food cold. Put your lied to me too .. The one lady asked if the receipt was in the sack and the person said it was so made a double liar out of it all.. I Used to go in all the time.You had a good person at the window but I see they left and went to work somewhere else… I just happened to catch them working somewhere else.So now I go to that somewhere else because people give me service and recognition and are nice.I’d think i’m about done with burger king in canyonville unfortunately , and it was a regular stop for me… I wish you the best, but for the last weeks, and maybe much.There’s been something wrong down there at your store

It was before 11am. I wanted a quick breakfast before heading to the airport. There was no breakfast menu board on the electronic menu. I wanted a breakfast sandwich. The gal at counter had a tough accent to understand. I settled for an egg, cheese and sausage croissant with hash browns and a soda. Order was up fast. I hadn’t even finished getting my soda from self serve. Croissant was hot, tator tots were hot and crunchy. Good quick meal.

Ordered a cheeseburger with extra pickles (mind you the cheeseburgers are tiny now) but when I received it there weren’t any pickles…Went inside to get the problem fixed but waited 5 minutes just to talk to an employee…They made me another one but the “manager” needed to remind the employees twice to make the burger (with extra pickles) before I finally received it…When I did receive it, still no pickles, and the burger was cold…When I showed them there weren’t any, the “manager” decided to tell me, AFTER all of the waiting (15 minutes), that they don’t have pickles cause they’ve been out. ♀️ Good grief! On top of that, an employee in the back, who was preparing the food, had a long beard and didn’t even have a net over it.

I don’t know what the hell is going on with this Burger King but it’s always the slowest service imaginable and it’s been that way consistently for years. I don’t know why I keep coming back every so often, the drive thru takes 20 minutes when there’s 2 cars ahead of you and if you go inside you’ll just stand there at the register for the same amount of time, wondering if there’s even anyone working. I’ve been all over the west coast, worst Burger King I’ve ever seen.

Decided to stop in at Burger King after going to the casino for a quick bite. Order a 9 piece chicken fry and got the most pathetic looking chicken fry ever that didn’t even full HALF the box (see picture). Also orders a original chicken sandwich and they SMOTHERED it in mayo…it was so soggy and slipping everywhere I couldn’t eat it. The fries were nice and fresh, soda was good. Customer service not so great, sat at the window for what seemed like forever before actually being greeted.
As someone who has worked in the fast food industry for years…y’all can do better

There rude.. every BK I’ve ever been to. Will substitute onion rings instead of Fry’s. Not there. And there not nice about it . There restaurant thier rule’s. Will never eat there again.
