Hot dog and cheese curds, you can’t go wrong. Nice and hot. The only minor thing was that the root beer out of the machine was getting down to the end and SUPER foamy. Not a big deal. Definetly will return here.

Worst location ever, they advertise new products but tell you they can’t sell them to you, the don’t honor special club coupons, if it is not on the register menu, but have ads going,they won’t sell it. It’s a good restaurant to wait 8-10 minutes for your order. Poor service and unfriendly staff.

Rootbeer floats hardly had ice cream in them, inside was really dirty, there condiment bar was empty, no napkins or ketchup, no long spoons, straws were to short for large drink, I spent 30 bucks on bacon cheeseburger combo with 2 large floats, who’s the manager and why are they the manager, needless to say there are much better restaurants to give our money to.Oh and take a day to clean your restaurant!!

20 pieces of fish and 2 dinky cups of tartar sauce. This restaurant is one of the worst. If they don’t try to charge for tartar sauce, they only give 1-2.

Long wait to be greeted at drive thru only to be told it would be a minute. Several minutes later they took the order. Very cordial. Pulled up. Paid. Guy explained they were short handed and appreciated my patience. No worries. Then I got the food. Burger patties were so small I couldn’t even tell it was actually a double. Fries were heat lamp remnants. Root beer was calibrated to be watered down and a sorry example of what A&W has historically been. If you’re going to make us wait 15 minutes in the drive thru at least serve good food.

I went in on a Saturday mid-day. They said they were out of buns, couldn’t make the new tropical drink because they didn’t know how, and half the staff didn’t know what was going on. I know one was new and learning but no one was there to help her. The tables were dirty, the soda fountain didn’t have the nozzles on and nothing was stocked. A couple things that they have advertised were not available.

We haven’t been in quite a while. I haven’t missed much though. At least in this location. No ice in the soda machine, the soda mix was also really off. The burger wasn’t good. The place was clean though. I so wish that the fish wasn’t cooked in the same oil as the chicken. My wife has a rare chicken allergy and I have several friends with fish allergies. So my wife got the burger but her stomach started to flop after a couple bites.
