Worst jack in the box in the valley for sure. The cooks are amazing, but the cashiers are really something, especially the one that wears the adidas jacket. She always has an attitude, and will make you feel like , you’re in the wrong, rolling her eyes. If you don’t like your job then just quit , no body has you working there…..

The food was alright . . . but let’s just say I took a while in the restroom. I wanted ranch for my fries(I always get two, and thy are only 25 cents) and the cashier only gave me one and said that I had to pay for the other one. I’ve never had that happen to me in any other Jack in the Box. And it took forever to get the food.

This jack in the box is rarely busy inside. But drive thru is usually very busy. Cashiers are very friendly and our food was ready really soon and it was hot and fresh. Boba tea was delicious and same fries. Dining tables were clean and drink station was well stocked

I wish I can give zero stars. The customer service here sucks!! There’s a name on my receipt that says esmeralda H. I don’t know if that’s the manager but there is also a manager there who completely ignored me. All I wanted was buffalo sauce… There was another customer that said he had been waiting for his food for 11 minutes and the restaurant was completely empty. You can straight up tell that no one wants to work there. The second we pulled up to the drive thru, you can literally hear it in his voice how unmotivated he was. And dont worry this is going to corporate as well 🙂

I know what it’s like to work in the food industry and I don’t disrespect fast food workers. I had gone through the drive thru and asked the lady to give me a second, the lady sounded fed up and had an attitude. I wasn’t going to take long, but she had an attitude and proceeded to say “we have a menu in the back”, followed with a “we have timers.” I work in the restaurant industry and I don’t use a demanding tone with customers. I get that she must’ve been having a rough night but it wasn’t an excuse to act disrespectful towards me.
