I had lunch here. The hibachi shrimp was delicious, very fresh and high in quality, as was the miso soup I had with it. The portion size isn’t enormous like some places but I was satisfied for what I paid, especially since it was so good (quality over quantity). It’s a cute place and the service was good too. I would definitely come here again.

I love this place. Ate in once and ordered to go once, so far! Server answered all the questions I had, with a smile. The restaurant is beautiful. The staff was cleaning in their downtime, which shows excellent work ethic. The food came out and was delicious. Not too much food but enough to fill us all so I feel like the portion sizes were just right. When I ordered food to go, it was all excellent and present. Even the to go bag was nice quality. You might pay a little more than youre used to at cookie cutter restaurants but the style, quality and service are here to match it. 10/10 would reccomend anyone to try this place.

My daughter wanted noodles today and this place did not disappoint! Drove from this location back to downtown Chicago and the food was still piping hot! Food was delish. My only suggestion is to ask if people want MSG seasonimg just im case they forget to request it be omitted.

We had a great experience at Kumo! The food was great quality, had beautiful presentation, and the wait staff was kind and attentive. I have dietary restrictions and our waitress was patient and verified the contents of all of my food with the chef prior to ordering. We are so excited to have such a great sushi place in the Region and will be back!

I went here on a Saturday and they were closed around 3:00pm. Not sure if that is because of the soft opening or if that will be the regular schedule.
I was upset because I really wanted to try this place, but I ended up going there on Sunday early in the evening. I am so glad I went back because I was really impressed by the quality and taste of everything that I ate!
I had the veggie fried rice, Dragon roll and Shrimp Tempura roll. 10/10 on everything I tried. The prices were great and the food was comparable to what you would expect downtown Chicago. So glad that there’s a great sushi restaurant in the area now!
