The food was completely oily, the place was filthy. Nobody knew how to give proper information and cashier seemed annoyed because I asked her to repeat what she said since I could barely understand her. And I speak Spanish myself! There was food and spilled soda everywhere, kids sleeping on the chairs as if it was their house. Don’t waste your time coming to this location. If I could give 0 stars I would.

I only gave it a 3 because the food was nasty. The fried rice was not steamed properly before getting fried it was crunchy. The chow mein was OK but had a weird after taste and the Walnut shrimp was amazing. Other than that, the food was not that good and my kids say they do not want to go back.

Very bad experience. I arrived at the restaurant one hour before the official closing time and from the very beginning I was treated in an unfriendly manner. I was told that I could only order the food that was already available, since the kitchen had closed one hour earlier, and that nothing else could be prepared.
What made the situation worse was that as soon as I walked out, they immediately locked the door with a very unprofessional attitude and started throwing water all over the floor, which is something that should be done after the official closing time of 11:30 PM, not while the restaurant is still supposed to be open.
I understand that kitchens and staff have schedules, but this was not clearly communicated, and the overall behavior was rude and unprofessional. The customer service was disappointing, and I would not return.

25 minutes waiting on line for my food that was obviously cold because the staff doesn’t gives a shit about the people who’s physically there and want to pay for their own food. They just do Doordash. I left the “restaurant” with two more couples without my food.. it’s ridiculous this trend. First and last time visiting Panda Express

I waited a long time for my order and, when I asked about it, a staff member was extremely rude and unprofessional. She said it was not her problem and showed no concern for customers or their time. Very disappointing experience. Muy chusma la “señorita”
