Lunch yesterday at one of my favorites: Playa in the P’tree Corner Town Center.
This place is known for its Açaí bowls and they are consistent and Excellent!
Counter service was above average and the weather was warm enough to sit outside, which in February is not all that common
My Nutella Bowl was Aweseome!
Would I go back: Yes and I do!

I normally don’t leave poor reviews, but this was the worst playa bowl I’ve been to. Thankfully I’m just visiting from out of town, but this was very disappointing. I ordered a mango berry bowl and it was oversaturated with honey to the point it was dripping off the sides onto the counter when handed to me. There was more honey and liquid than the actual mango purée for the base. I couldn’t enjoy it because it tasted a bit sour and chemically, but maybe it was just this location. There was no flavor of mango and the strawberries were very sour and tart. I didn’t enjoy this and it was not worth $14. I should’ve went to chick fil a for ice cream. Just recommend to serve solid bowls that have a thick puréed base and reduce the liquid intake before giving it to customers. Maybe there should be a drip check like Dairy Queen ♀️. Thanks.

Playa Bowls is by far my favorite smoothie and bowl spot—and I’ve been to quite a few for comparison. Their ingredients are always fresh, the flavors are consistently amazing, and the variety keeps things interesting every visit.
My go-to is the Coco Bowl with blueberries added. The base of coconut smoothie is perfectly creamy and light, topped with bananas, granola, and honey—add the blueberries and it’s pure perfection in a bowl. For smoothies, the Dolce is hard to beat. The combo of coconut, banana, chocolate, and peanut butter is the perfect blend of sweet, rich, and satisfying.
On top of their delicious offerings, the staff is always friendly and helpful, which makes every visit feel like a treat. And you couldn’t ask for a better location—right next to the Town Green. Whether you’re relaxing on the lawn, letting the kids play on the playground, catching a free concert, or working out at Fort Pain, Playa Bowls is the perfect stop before or after.
Highly recommend this spot if you’re in Peachtree Corners!

It could hailing baseball sized snowballs and I would still come get an açaí bowl! I get the 8th Avenue with strawberries instead of granola. My friends get the Nutella bowls without coconut flakes.

This location has consistently subpar service. The kids that work there are so unprofessional and unfriendly. I went in today after finishing up my grocery shopping at Trader Joe’s. Ordered a 16 oz. juice. The girl taking my order was very bland and appeared disinterested in being there. Got my drink about 5 minutes later. I walked outside with it and noticed that about 25% of my expensive juice was foam. I was super irritated. They should know better than to hand a customer a drink with foam. Is common sense not common?
I returned immediately after noticing that I didn’t get my 16 oz of juice. The female that I spoke to was not apologetic, she seemed annoyed that someone would have the audacity to complain about too much foam in their juice. At the end of the day, it was remedied. You really should hire better people and don’t ever try to cheat customers. If that happens again, I’m escalating this to the owner, or at very least, to the manager. Purely unacceptable! People work too hard for their money.

I love playa bowls because it is a such a nice fresh and healthy snack I always get the Nutella bowl which is delicious I love the way they put the toppings on. If you are in the mood for a sweet treat go to playa!!!
But once they gave me the wrong order and took a really long time to give me the food so sometimes you’re gonna have to wait but still it’s good.

I ordered a 20 ounce strawberry banana smoothie and asked at the front if they could pour it into 2 separate cups because my kids were splitting it before I ordered it. The cashier said yes and I left a tip for the inconvenience. However, when I picked up my order it was in 1 large smoothie cup. I asked for a second cup and they told me it would be a $0.50 charge and I would have to go wait in line again to get the cup to then dump it myself. It was a bit of an expensive, inconvenient experience for a mediocre smoothie.

I have been to this location several times in the past two months and it has not disappointed. On memorial day they closed at 10 PM and unlike other locations in this area, they open at 8 AM which is very convenient for my schedule. They make the bowls and smoothies quick so it’s in and out whenever I stop by. Staff is able pleasant and so far they’ve had everything I’ve ordered.
