Service was good. Nice lady took our order. Got half extra crispy and half original. Also ordered 6 pc hot n spicy chicken wings, they seemed to have been sitting a while, kinda dried out. They were smaller than I remember from last time also. Over all it was a good experience and quick service.

Usually i never have a problem at this location, this was the chicken sandwich i got monday night, i couldnt even bite off a piece. The next day i went there, not looking for anything free, i told the cashier what had happened and i wanted one fresh she said ok the three times i said it, same thing again. Highly disappointed

Restaurant was clean, service was friendly; however, the chicken itself was soggy, and my 8 piece bucket was a 7 piece, missing a breast if you can believe it. Was compensated by corporate with a partial refund and reward points added to my account.

Second visit – still fast and friendly service. The $5. bowls were generous and quite tasty. I would definitely buy these again.

The lady at the front counter was amazing. She was the sweetest and very helpful. The tall gentleman bagging up the orders had a great positive presence and was patient with front counter lady. Y’all customers better be kind to them. And KFC give them a raise.

I don’t know what it is but KFC just hits different in the South. The Food was and delicious. I’m not even a huge fan of KFC back home. The service was quick too for our later in the evening order. We took our order to go and everything was there.

I’m so tired of restaurants in NMB that show absolutely no customer service. The associate makes a mistake and doesn’t apologize, no one says thank you anymore. You’re just shoved your bag with attitude and the window closes. Last I checked I’m giving you my business, not the other way around. I ordered a biscuit separately from the famous bowl, they didn’t put it in the bag, I backed back up to the window, “it doesn’t come with a biscuit”. I know, I ordered it separately. She closes the window then comes back and hands me a biscuit, silence, no apology, no thank you, nothing. I’m saying thank you and nothing but nice to these people and all I get back is a bunch of attitude. It’s not just here, but it’s ridiculous how many places are exactly like them here.

Make sure you pay with a credit card so you can charge back. This company will make you spend hours, even days, to get a refund for something they did wrong. Imagine losing a lifelong customer over $20. Also, order drive through only if you’re ok with “pulling around and waiting” for 10+ minutes. Overpriced chicken paired with workers who don’t care about the service they offer. Try Bojangles or Popeyes instead!

Fresh chicken cooked to perfection. It was. Lol. Just went again. Another good meal. Fry oil needed changed but didn’t affect flavor. Pot pie is delicious but salty.
