The place was jamming — the parking lot was completely full, so we had to park in an empty lot across the street. Karaoke was on point and added to the fun atmosphere. However, they definitely don’t have enough bartenders. Each time we ordered two drinks or tried to close out our tab, it took about 15–25 minutes. There were two bartenders and a barback at the main bar when you first walk in, but it really seemed like only one person was actually handling drink orders. Hopefully staffing improves, because otherwise it was a great time.

The kitchen closes at 9pm so if you want food get there before then. Taylor was so nice enough to provide us with some goodies due to the kitchen being closed.

The old lady bartender, Heather, has made this place decline. She’s clearly drunk while serving and giving those who she isn’t “personally cool with” a hard time. I’ve come here over 10 years and never had a problem. Since she has been here I’ve had multiple issues with her and seen plenty. Unfortunately I have to take my business elsewhere now bc Heather acting like a high school drama queen isnt for me.

I drive by this place weekly. It cought my eye and I decided to stop in fort lunch. The outside looks like a biker bar, honestly, which adds appeal. Inside is really nice. I say at the bar and pumped a few bucks in the jukebox. Cheryl P gave a detailed answer to my question about the history of the place. She was friendly and provided great service. The burger was huge and cooked as ordered. The beers were $2. This was lunchtime, so maybe happy hour? They have daily drink and food specials.

I have heard awesome things about the Shores. I ordered dinner for my husband and I. His patty melt was supposed to me medium, it was burnt and had about 6 slices of onions. The fries were also way overdone. My bacon cheese burger was burnt and had no bacon. I am very disappointed. If I didn’t live 20 miles away, I would have returned my order.

We have been going to shores for a few years now whenever we are in town, earlier this year we had amazing service from a new server Carly. We recently came back and she recognized us immediately. We love coming to shores when we are in town. Carly has been such a friendly face and great bartender, y’all are lucky to have her as part of your team
